2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

Don Franklin Bardstown Chevrolet Buick review
I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. After chatting on the website and texting employees about purchasing this car, I set up an appointment. Our salesman, Josh Barrett greeted us as when we arrived. In his office, he showed a document which highlighted the numbers which we wanted. Next, we got a thorough overview of the car and took it for a test drive. When my wife and I returned, we processed the documentation with Josh and Chris Hammer. We have been loyal Don Franklin customers since 2013 and this vehicle purchase is number 6 and this DF dealership is the 4th. If you need a Buick, see the Don Franklin Bardstown dealership. We are happy customers and will purchase from them again. Thank you Josh Barrett and Chris Hammer!!!

Everyone was very helpful as always. Repair was performed as soon as possible, since we know how busy they are.
2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
This is our first Chevrolet that we’ve owned and we have been very happy with it. It looks good drives very smooth and quiet and has a ton of interior room. It has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want on a car. The only complaint that I have and it’s a very small one is that when you accelerate quickly there is a slight buzz from the engine which I had read about before we bought it. Definitely not a deal breaker. The 4 cylinder has plenty of get up and go. I would definitely buy another traverse.

Herb Jones Chevrolet review
Working with Stacie and her staff, as well as Katie in Parts, has honestly been the most pleasant and enjoyable car buying experience I?ve ever had! I have always been apprehensive about the idea of purchasing a car ?online,? without actually seeing the car and meeting the sales people, in-person, but working with Stacie completely dissolved any of my predisposed nervousness about the process. Stacie is clearly a ?car gal? herself, and sent me great personal photos and videos of the car that made feel like I was right there in the showroom looking at the car myself. She also went WAAAY over and above by coordinating with my PPF company in Bowling Green for having the car ready for them to load on their trailer and putting my insurance card in the car for me, as well as personally securing all of my sales paperwork for me for when I can come and retrieve them in person. She also spent considerable effort coordinating with Katie in Parts to order additional option items that I desired for the car, and managed to save me a considerable amount on the parts and accessories. I feel like I not only found the car of my dreams, but also found a wonderful new friend in Stacie. If only every car purchase experience could be like this!
2026 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Overall pretty good, however it is undocumented if you turn off or adjust some of the safety setting it will cause light on dash to come on and make you think issue with system (ex collision if you change from default of alert and brake to alert only). I think this is an issue and should not light dash light to indicate an issue with the system because of alert settings.

From the time we stepped into the facility we were treated very well and helped us through the process. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends.
2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
I picked up the RS and I love it overall. There are just a few things I find annoying. First is there is no rear door exterior lock button like on my 2017 Cruze, it’s annoying to have to go to the front door and then to the rear door if I’m wanting to grab something. Second is the radio, my 2017 had 10 programmable stations and this only has 5, not to mention it seems to take forever to load the audio for sxm while it is instant on my older car. Third is the trunk wheel well, you are not even provided with a donut spare. I wanted to get a full size spare but the storage spot is too small and only a donut will fit. Fourth is how petty and cheap Chevrolet seems to have become, my owners manual is in a plastic ziplock bag, xxx is that? What happened to getting an organizer case to hold the manual and registration/insurance? I find that part to be pretty pathetic.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

I traded to get Sport model and I love it! Luxury sport SUV! All the bells and whistles make this car perfect! Turns heads! People cannot believe it’s a Buick.

We purchased the Avenir model with the extra options as well. The basic car is great, but this level of additional features provide an amazing ride. It rides like a car that’s bigger , and it is super quiet well handling the variable steering all the features. What an amazing car Fun and easy to drive around town and on the highway

Greeted as soon as we walked in the showroom. Harley was our salesman who was very polished and answered all our questions with complete knowledge. Dealing with him was easy with no high pressure. Negotiations only took 10-15 minutes and I had a new vehicle. My only complaint is that there is too much paperwork and signing. It’s a waste of paper! He even offered to wash my suv! Overall experience was positive and I will tell others who are shopping for a professional dealership.

This is a first drive review. I've been in automotive for nearly 40 years. I drive 30-40 vehicles of various makes and models every year. I cannot remember when I've been more pleasantly surprised by a vehicle. Smooth, quiet, refined, GREAT brakes. Fanstastic car worth a look!

Noah Keyland was super helpful! Noah’s lot did not have the vehicle we were looking for so he took his time to locate what we were looking for and his network and got the vehicle to our local lot so you can look at it and ultimately purchase it from him. Great communication and very personable. Thank you, Noah!

The Kia Store - Elizabethtown review
Your service team did a great job!! We are from the Pittsburgh, PA area. We had the oil changed in our 2023 Forte last Friday at a local Jiffy Lube before leaving for Ft. Knox for our son's ROTC graduation. By the time we got to Radcliff, the crankcase was almost dry. The oil filter was leaking. When I called your dealership, Bobby told me, "By the time you get here, we'll have an open bay for you." They took me right in, and I was on my way in 30 - 40 minutes. It was nice to be so well taken care of so far from home. Just sorry I won't be able to use your dealership on a regular basis.

2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
I have had many luxury cars over the years, including Cadillac, BMW, Audi and my new 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve Hybid beats them all. The design is stunning, the interior is beautiful, and the performance is exceptional. I receive many compliments daily on this car and I recommend it highly.

The Kia Store - Elizabethtown review
I absolutely LOVE my 2026 Kia Sorento! Got a good deal too, go see my guy Donald Kirby he will hook u up with a nice new set of wheels. The whole process was quick too! I was in and out in a matter of a couple hours.
2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

BMW of Cincinnati North review
BMW North of Cincinnati is a perfect example of excellent customer service. From beginning to end Roger helped us identify, test drive and eventually buy the perfect car for us. He made the process easy, flexible, comprehensive and enjoyable. He gave us honest, candid and well informed advice and did so in a manner that made us feel he had our best intentions in mind. Compare this with the less than satisfactory customer service we received at The BMW Store of Cincinnati, BMW North is ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy your new (or pre owned) dream car. All in all, if you’re looking to buy a new BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW North and asking for Roger! Thank you BMW North!!!🩵💙❤️
