Shaheen ChevroletReviews
Shaheen Chevrolet review
We received excellent customer service. Our salesman, Logan Willbanks was outstanding. The entire car buying process can be stressful, not this time. Logan was extremely helpful and made the process easy.
2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
I picked up the RS and I love it overall. There are just a few things I find annoying. First is there is no rear door exterior lock button like on my 2017 Cruze, it’s annoying to have to go to the front door and then to the rear door if I’m wanting to grab something. Second is the radio, my 2017 had 10 programmable stations and this only has 5, not to mention it seems to take forever to load the audio for sxm while it is instant on my older car. Third is the trunk wheel well, you are not even provided with a donut spare. I wanted to get a full size spare but the storage spot is too small and only a donut will fit. Fourth is how petty and cheap Chevrolet seems to have become, my owners manual is in a plastic ziplock bag, xxx is that? What happened to getting an organizer case to hold the manual and registration/insurance? I find that part to be pretty pathetic.

Probably the best I've had. Normally I wait1 to 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And have to check on it. This time it was done in 45 minutes and your service rep came to me and she was very professional. Also this is Christine who brought the car in.

I would like to give a big praise and shout out to Carl the manager and especially Zach Lorraine who went way above and over the top to satisfy and accommodate me I really appreciate their professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I am very sorry that it took me so long to do this survey, but it was well deserved.

Everything falls on Courtney's shoulders. I live 2 hours away from Lansing. I sent a email interest in a Used truck Monday around 10PM. The next morning Courtney contacted me to tell me the truck I was interested in was available. Between phone calls and text messages my wife and I talked to her several times that Tuesday. By Tuesday night we bought the truck. Just by pictures and videos Courtney sent us. Our financing was pre approved but your fiance manager gave us a better deal he even stayed past 6pm to earn our business. The next day before noon the truck was in our driveway! Free delivery is AWESOME! The truck is everything Courtney said it was. We are very happy with it. Our feelings Courtney deserves a Salesperson of the month award and a big fat bounus.

2026 Dodge Durango review
Second Durango we've owned. We love the Hemi when you need the extra boost. Versatility of the interior is great when you put the rear seats down. We have fit a 10' kayak in the back. Only issue with our last Durango was dust at the bottom of the drivers and rear left hand passenger doors. Unfortunately, the used car lot we purchased it from didn't disclose it was in an accident. We found this out when the rust was repaired. We owned a Dodge charger before the first Durango. We lost the ability to pair our phones to the car. Our last Durango's compass failed. We were told that the monitor would need to be replaced to fix the compass. We like our newer Durango. It came with a trailer hitch so I'm looking to pull our smaller TT to see how it pulls versus our F350 diesel.

COLLEGE CHEVROLET review
I was given a very kind welcome and was greeted before I even got to the door.
2026 Chevrolet Colorado review
I'm exceptionally glad I chose the 2026 Chevy Colorado. I was transitioning from a Jeep Cherokee SUV, and this feels similar to an SUV but has all the benefits of the truck size and power.

2026 Buick Envision review
I love my Buick, all I have had issues with is when I hook it up to the OnStar One internet. Seems to be a lot of nefarious people who love the idea of hijacking a car driving down the highway. Ive just noticed glitches and the stereo blasting when I hook up android auto or Google. But its not a deal breaker for me because all I really need is Bluetooth for calls and music. Just keep it off the internet and this car is a dream. I love the safety features on my Buick Envision xx. The lane keep assist really does work and the car is quick to notice vehicles in front of me. I also like the adaptive cruise control. It helps a bit in traffic on the highway. The interior is really nice too with the leather appointments and suede details on the dash. I notice theres more leather appointments on the 2026 Buick Envision xx than the 2020 Buick Envision Essence. I love the 20 inch black rims on the car. It really gives the Buick a sportier stance. Its a trade off though because it rides much firmer with the low profile tires and rims. I personally don't mind.

2026 Buick Encore GX review
My husband and I are old. We wanted to get a smaller vehicle and the Encore GX fit the bill. It is roomy, has cool electronics, and great gas mileage. If there is a negative, the GX part made our insurance go up. But the insurance industry sucks so they would have raised our rates no matter what car we purchased and we have never had an accident. The agent we talked to advised us to take safe drivers tests. My husband was in law enforcement for thirty years so he has had plenty of safe driving. Our son is 6’3” 225 and had plenty of room in this car. Y’all need to test drive one of these cars, y’all will love it! really like this Encore GX

2026 GMC Terrain review
This will be my 3rd GMC Terrain. Each has been reliable for me, and on my 1st put over 200,000 miles on before trading in. for this 2026 I traded in my 2020 with almost 100,000 miles, but the deal was right and came at a good time. I love the comfort of this year's version, the acceleration and performance outdo previous versions. Spacious for 4, and room enough for 5, with plenty of cargo space. Compared to other cars of similar size and style, this one was right!

10 plus stars from the customer service team who is only 2 people at the date I went. Michelle was the best and in control of the many situations she had to deal with in the time I was there.
2026 Ford Maverick review
I'm getting 42 mpg! Super impressive hybrid engineering and tech! I feel in control of the responsive hybrid system (activating electric mode with pedal modulation). I've towed a trailer with a quad and an oven, plenty of power. Payload capacity is WAY higher than expected. Acceleration is peppy and the transmission feels dialed in and reliable. Move over Toyota, there's a new hybrid king in town! Seriously, I can't think of a more versatile vehicle than this little truck... it can do it all, with comfort, style, and affordability. The only thing that could be improved is: I'd like to see the battery percentage of the 1.1kWh pack.

2026 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Keenan, Jason, and Hector were fantastic to deal with Great car buying experience super laid-back and they made it fun. We’ll definitely be going back here for our next Ford. I can’t not give these guys five stars. But speaking of Hector, he was the only finance guy for two dealership. He ran his butt off to get everyone signed and did it with a smile. Thanks again guys.

2026 Toyota 4Runner Hybrid review
This vehicle is not only very comfortable inside but is very stylist in a brutal sort of way on the outside. Stated milage is 24 but we have been able to squeeze 26.9 out of it so far. As to reliability, we owned our last 4 Runner for 29 years with normal maintenance...hated to get rid of it.
