Motorwerks MINIReviews
Motorwerks MINI review
My husband had purchased a mini cooper five years ago and we've enjoyed that car. When it came time for me to replace my VW Jetta we immediately decided to go back to Motorwerks. Stephanie was great in taking the time to visit with me prior to our visit in order to determine our needs. When there, she had both the Clubman and Countryman lined up together so we could really compare the two models. That was so helpful, as well as determining if I wanted to switch over to automatic. She took her time explaining everything clearly. I decided on the Clubman with manual transmission and it was ordered that day. Stephanie contacted me the following day to confirm the order, and she asked me if I wanted to consider ordering a covering over the trunk area; in talking with us the other day she thought it would be something we wanted to add. We thought that was very thoughtful, and we did add that feature. Stephanie kept us in the loop about our order and our car arrived as expected, with no delays. The whole process was so relaxed and Ryan was helpful with the financing. I've been driving my Clubman for less than a week but I'm really enjoying it. This dealership is smart in that they do give you the basic knowledge of operating the vehicle, and then in a couple weeks they recommend scheduling a visit to go over any operational questions you might still have, and at that time they fill up your tank and clean out your car. You can still contact them with questions at any time as well. We highly recommend buying from this dealership.

Best dealer experience ever. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, Kate treated me like I was an important customer and made a point to check in to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle. I had a small issue with my sunroof and Kate and Alex worked hard to make it right and make sure I had a good experience.

This was my best car buying experience. Nick Bozinos, JT Thomas and Clay Shafer were all amazing. They listened to what I wanted and made sure I was clear on the car choices available. I was thinking about ordering a 2027 X5 (design change) and ended up buying a 2026 that was in inventory with plenty of upgrades over my 4 year old X5.

Jason was super friendly and very informative from the time we walked into the dealership. He set us up with Bailey, and he was well educated on the BMW answering all our questions. The deal on our trade in was fair, and the incentives for the BMW won us over! Thanks for a great experience! And the BMW hat!!

MINI of Knoxville review
Had a good experience with Grayson MINI of Knoxville. They have the best selection of used cars that I have found in town. Everything was easy and we are happy with our used Silverado that we purchased last week.

Brought my Mini in for service due to a tire blowout and was taken care of in a timely manner. The service was good and the finished work excellent. They didn't try to upsell me for other services that I didn't need, which was refreshing. Solid service.

Very efficient service. I dropped off my car for recall service and had it back in less than 24 hours. Jeff Shade was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, too!
