I just purchased a new full EV Toyota bZ XLE from this local dealership. My salesman there was Howard Cullen. While I’ve driven Teslas since 2017 I’ve been able to avoid the typically unpleasant experience of being tagged-teamed by sales staff in an auto dealership — the “showroom shuffle”. I’ve also been able to pay cash and avoid car loans for the last 35 years. That being said, my initial reaction to being handed off to Howard by other sales staff was classic “disgruntled customer” mode; a bit hostile. However, we got past that and Howard was great in working with me to get me a very attractive price on a quality vehicle. Another issue that I had going into this transaction was encountering showroom sales staff who usually know little to nothing about EVs. Howard admitted to his limited experience upfront, so we learned about this car together. I appreciated that he understood my concerns and worked hard to gain my trust, answers to my product questions and minimize the amount of hassle factor that it took to make this purchase – which included my first car loan in 35 years (a few $K additional incentive for taking a Toyota 0% interest 3-year loan was hard to resist.) Prior to switching to Teslas (a very high-quality automobile) I had owned 6 Toyotas (Camrys and a Tacoma) over 25 years; and I would argue that this is hands-down the best car company in the world. Howard has been selling Toyotas for 17 years and shares my commitment to this product. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer family and friends to him for their next vehicle purchase — especially as I know that he will know alot more about these EVs for the next customer who comes looking for one.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

My brother was in need of a new all wheel drive vehicle, as he lives in Maine. His financial situation required a low payment. The Sport Utility Vehicles are very expensive, but I told my brother Mitsubishi is an excellent vehicle, as I previously owned a Lancer. I sent an email to them, and we went back and fourth requesting information. Randall, the sales manager sent me an excellent quote for the vehicle and let his sales person Tony collect the rest of the information that was needed to get the deal done. They got financing for my brother, and we went down to their dealership to complete the paper work, to purchase the vehicle. All the employees were friendly and helpful, especially Tony and Tom (business manager). We were offered a few extra's ( no hard sell), agreeing to buy one (tire package). My brother purchased the vehicle. The company took care of registering the vehicle, in Maine and will deliver the vehicle to my brother. I highly recommend you check out their dealership if you need a good all wheel drive vehicle at an excellent price. The vehicle he purchased was an Outlander Sport, with a 2.0L engine. I could have went to a dealer closer to my home, but I knew he would not come close to matching their offer.

2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid review
I`ve only had the Kia Sportage EX AWD hybrid for 3 weeks previously owning a 2023 Toyota Rav4 XLE (gas) that seemed bullet proof even after 30K miles. 2026 Kia Sportage review
Honestly one of the best vehicles I’ve owned so far. My Kia Sportage has been super reliable, comfortable on long drives, and surprisingly good on gas. The interior feels modern and spacious, and the ride is smooth whether I’m driving around town or on the highway. Haven’t had any major issues with it and it’s been a great daily driver overall. 2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

I absolutely love the team at Kia of Dartmouth! I’ve bought 3 Kia’s (two from Carlos and one from Keith). These sales guys are just fantastic! Tops on my list, however, is Jason D, my service advisor! I’ve never met someone in customer service so truly pleased to see me and not only make sure that I am safe as well as up to date with my service, but goes above and beyond in ways that make me feel like I am more than a just another client. His attention to detail, consideration for my well-being AND makes sure I still have the same joy of driving my Seltos… when they say “it’s the little things that matter,” they are talking about people like Jason who make sure you are still smiling when you leave. In fact, he inspired me to get my Seltos based on conversations we had, and he was right in every way. Do yourself a favor and goes see these gentlemen at Kia of Dartmouth! You’ll be so dang glad you did!
