Tim Short Ford of LaFollette review
I had a great experience buying a car from them. I was impressed with the no pressure professionalism.
2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.

Tim Short Ford of LaFollette review
Best experience I've ever had looking for and purchasing a car. From the start I was meet by the friendliest salesman Conor Sutton asking if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to get me the car I had been looking for. No pushy salesmen at this dealership like most. Conor made the process of purchasing the car I wanted very easy and quick. And for a reasonable price. Finance gentleman was also very funny, kind and caring. Also not pushy. My last vehicle took 4hrs to purchase , a pain at another dealership. It maybe took a little over an hour from time I drove onto the lot. Quickest I've every been able to look, test drive and purchase. I can't say enough about the staff I met here. Very happy with my car. Seems to be very reliable. Thanks again Conor for all your help. I will be back for next vehicle to this dealership.
2026 Ford F-250 review
We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

Don Franklin Nissan of Somerset review
We have purchased several vehicles during our 56 years of marriage, but we must say that the recent purchase of a 2023 Nissan Rogue at Don Franklin Nissan in Somerset, KY, has been our BEST EXPERIENCE of buying a vehicle. Cody is a great salesman. We explained to him what we were shopping for, and he proceeded to show us vehicles that would meet our needs. He did not pressure us at all; he treated us with patience, kindness and respect. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. He showed us around the dealership and introduced us to many workers, who were also hospitable. Cody was extremely helpful to explain the features on our new vehicle with which we were unfamiliar. We strongly recommend that you ask for Cody when you shop for your next vehicle at Don Franklin Nissan Somerset. We are very satisfied with our experience!

Don Franklin Monticello Chrysler review
Amazing customer service. I worked with Brandy on the phone and online, and Kayla when I arrived. We had negotiated a great price on the new vehicle O selected, as well as my trade prior to my arrival. Financing was completed as well. I arrived and was done and out the door in under 30 minutes. This dealership and its staff far exceeded any vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced or imagined. I have already referred a friend to the dealership, and will purchase my next vehicle here. Great people. I don’t see how you could go wrong here.
2026 RAM 2500 review
Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.

Don Franklin Monticello Chrysler review
I had been looking for a vehicle for 3 or 4 months. I told the salesman up front what I needed and expected from him. Jesse Tucker did everything I asked. I drove 4 hours to get there and did not want this to be an all day thing and it wasn't. We bought a Suburban and we have been so pleased with our purchase. We were there a little longer than planned because of me trying to decide what warranty I wanted. They were not like the average dealership. We will be back again. We appreciated the whole team.
2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

The car I wanted was not available locally so I purchased it from Don Franklin and had it transported to Texas. Chris and Joni and the others I dealt with were friendly, responsive, reliable, and fair. They made the purchase easy and worked with me on my special circumstances. They did everything they said they would when they said they would do it and made the experience as stress free as possible. I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.
2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.

Don Franklin Nissan of Somerset review
Kristion Gleason was a pleasure to work with on March tenth. He listened to us and was most kind and considerate. We were not intending to buy a vehicle. He found one for us that was a peach! He did not pressure us in any way to buy a vehicle, but simply showed us what he had available. Kristion is a superior salesman! Keep him!

BMW of Cincinnati North review
BMW North of Cincinnati is a perfect example of excellent customer service. From beginning to end Roger helped us identify, test drive and eventually buy the perfect car for us. He made the process easy, flexible, comprehensive and enjoyable. He gave us honest, candid and well informed advice and did so in a manner that made us feel he had our best intentions in mind. Compare this with the less than satisfactory customer service we received at The BMW Store of Cincinnati, BMW North is ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy your new (or pre owned) dream car. All in all, if you’re looking to buy a new BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW North and asking for Roger! Thank you BMW North!!!🩵💙❤️
