The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

I found my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville after searching the MB USA website. I bought the car virtually and the process was seamless and perfect. Right up until shipping. That experience proved to be quite frustrating. My salesman Courtney and I believe the sales manager Aaron went the extra mile to really make sure I was satisfied and happy. Like the title implies, doing one of the things Mercedes does best. I absolutely love the cars but the customer service is what seals the deal! There are very few companies left that treat customers this way. Mercedes will always have my business as long as they maintain this. Courtney, Aaron, Rosa, and everyone else involved (except the 3RD PARTY shippers) maintained my high regards for them.

We met with Silas and he was very helpful in choosing the best car for us. He worked very hard and they stood by their word. We were there on a saturday afternoon and were approved and drove home with the car on tuesday afternoon. We ended up with a 2018 for a great price. I would highly recomend this dealership. I love my new Prius. It is elegant in appearance, fun to drive, and easy to plug in and recharge. Since I began charging it I haven't used any gas. I love the safety features.

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.
