My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. He just passed away and I had to bring his Jeep in for the oil change and I wasn’t too happy about having to wait so long, so I left. But after talking to the manager Joe Woody, he made things right. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!

The experience with this dealership was spot on. Very kind salesman (Mike Smith), and very much informed of the details of the car. He worked with me to get the price that I felt I could live with. Unlike other Dealerships, I was treated extremely well. Lonnie Stooksbury (the Finance Manager) immediately took the time to get my financials in order and was quick about it. The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

The service department was impeccably fast and very friendly. We purchased our vehicle From Toyota Knoxville and we have had it serviced twice. Hope to purchase another vehicle in the near futy

Bennie Barcroft was extremely helpful and supplied me with any information needed. He even picked me up at the airport when i flew to Knoxville to pick up the Metris. The Metris is a great vehicle. I am sorry Mercedes has chosen to drop the model from their U S product line.
