My experience with Bennie Barcroft was excellent. He answered all my questions quickly and put together a quote that was detailed and transparent. I always have my 2023 300C serviced at Harper, but today Efran raised my expectation for future visits. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I especially appreciated the walk-around video of my car pointing out tire tread and brake pads were still good and an inspection ticket showing my battery is low on cold cranking amps. Good to know days before temps drop to the 20's. Inspection, oil change, and tire rotation knocked out in 30 minutes. Efran and his team make me feel good about paying for service at the dealership.

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.
