Graff Chevrolet, Okemos review
My wife and I have dealt with Graff on a number of occasion and have even recommended Graff to other family members and friends. Every salesperson has been friendly, informative and great to deal with. We have loved all the vehicles we have gotten through Graff. Thank you to our main guy there Russel Smith and we are looking forward to more business dealings.

I'm exceptionally glad I chose the 2026 Chevy Colorado. I was transitioning from a Jeep Cherokee SUV, and this feels similar to an SUV but has all the benefits of the truck size and power.

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

Friendly and knowable staff. We took a couple of test drives with Shaun and appreciated his thorough descriptions of the vehicles. Very fair and convenient prices.
2026 Nissan Altima review
Very nice ride, quiet interior, big and easy display on dash, seats are comfortable, decent size trunk, awd will be a plus in winter. I have SR trim with the premium package so it is loaded with all the goodies. Only downside wish it had a little more zip like 30 more hp. But gas mileage is good around 33 hwy, 26 city on regular gas.

Shaheen ChevroletReviews
Shaheen Chevrolet review
If you're looking for a car dealer who genuinely has your best interests at heart, look no further than Tobbie Lansdell and the Shaheen Automobile Group. From start to finish, the entire lease process was seamless and handled with the utmost professionalism. The distinguishing feature of this experience was the exceptional transparency provided?each aspect of the lease was thoroughly clarified, ensuring complete understanding and eliminating any unexpected surprises. Complications developed when my previous dealership refused to respond or cooperate. Tobbie stepped in, took ownership of the situation, and resolved everything without missing a beat. His communication was prompt, his knowledge was impressive, and his willingness to go above and beyond was unlike anything I have ever experienced in a dealership. This level of service exemplifies what doing business the right way looks like. I cannot recommend Tobbie and Shaheen Automotive Group highly enough ? an absolute 5-star experience in every sense!

I had an issue with an exhaust leak. I called set up an appointment and arrived my car was taken almost immediately and Nick was very courteous and told me he would have the car done around noon. At about 11:15 he called and let me know my car was ready and they found and fixed the leak. The Crippen shuttle picked me up within a half hour and was was out of the dealership by noon. I have been a customer of Crippen for more 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service.

We found just the minivan we were looking for. Bill Meier is a pleasure to work with and we greatly appreciated all his help in getting us our new ride. Whether it was answering questions or keeping us comfortable, Bill was great and I highly recommend visiting Zeigler Ford of Lowell for your next vehicle.

This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.

They were a bit backed up when I dropped off my car, but once they were able to look at it, the turnaround was fast and the repair was very well done. Nice people and easy to work with! They handled the Silver Rock insurance for me, and did a great job overall. :)
2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. The interior feels premium, with high-quality materials, plenty of space, and an intuitive infotainment system that's easy to use. The performance is excellent, with plenty of power when needed while still delivering respectable fuel economy. I also appreciate the advanced safety features and driver-assistance technology, which make every trip feel more secure and relaxing. The Grand Cherokee strikes a perfect balance between luxury, capability, and practicality. It's stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough for both family use and weekend adventures. I would highly recommend the 2026 Grand Cherokee to anyone looking for a dependable and refined SUV. Thank you John Hernandez at Hendrick Chrysler Jeep!!
