Crain Kia of Fayetteville review
Unfortunately I had to buy a new car today. My 2013 Kia Forte was totaled last month so I had to say goodbye to my dependable, comfortable and nice looking ride. I was very uncomfortable with the whole process of having to unexpectedly get a new car but Zach Wyles made the experience wonderful, thank you Zach.
2026 Kia K5 review
I absolutely love my vehicle and the service at Lou Sobh Kia is unmatched! The professionalism, care and support from every member of the staff did not go unrecognized. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

Everett Volkswagen of RogersReviews
Everett Volkswagen of Rogers review
Outstanding Experience at Everett Volkswagen of Rogers! After months of discussing options with Josh Leaton, I finally purchased a 2025 Volkswagen Atlas for my wife on January 28th. The entire process, from the moment we test drove the vehicle to receiving the keys, was effortless. When I informed Josh we were ready to move forward, they quickly assessed my trade-in, and within 30-40 minutes, provided a fair value and loan details. I had to leave briefly to pick up my son from school, and when I returned an hour and a half later, the paperwork was all ready for me to sign—no delays or stress. A huge shoutout to Finance Manager Kyle Henry, who made the typically tedious paperwork process incredibly easy and quick. Everyone knows how daunting car buying paperwork can be, but Kyle made it feel like a breeze. I’ve worked with many dealerships over the years, but Everett Volkswagen of Rogers is by far the best. The team is friendly, professional, and never pushy. Josh was especially helpful, guiding us through the entire process and ensuring we were educated about both the vehicle and financing. If you’re looking for a dealership that values your time and makes the car-buying experience as smooth as possible, I highly recommend Everett Volkswagen of Rogers—ask for Josh Leaton and Kyle Henry for an exceptional experience!

Superior GMC of Siloam SpringsReviews
2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I bought the AT 4 version. Loaded. Has good ground clearance. It's powered with a 3.0 l turbocharged diesel. Has lots of horsepower and torque. I've had no problem but I talked to my friend who's a certified mechanic and they're having a lot of problems with the engine blowing up at very low mileage. A lot of the time less than 15,000. Some of them have problems with the thrust bearings failing causing increased crankshaft play back and forth to the point where the timing chain and the rubber belt that runs the oil pump can fail. The engine has been described as grenading. They're basically self-destructs. There's a specific power code that indicates low oil pressure and allowed rattle sound before it finally fails. I heard that the engines were on back order, so if you're one of the unfortunates you can plan on waiting 10 or 12 weeks or longer to get your truck back. They have to remove the cab completely to swap motors. But overall I love the truck. It's a big improvement over the 2022 I just traded in.

Crain Automotive and Kerry in particular was great. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and everyone was so nice. They will be my first stop next time!

Superior GMC of Siloam SpringsReviews
2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Your waiting room is nice and comfortable but an two hour oil change is way too long!
