Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. Great features. Seat warmers are marvelous! Drives well. Using it mostly for commuting currently but can’t wait to take it for a bit roughing driving. Love the rugged but luxurious feel do the car.

Ram Longhorn Limited is loaded with accessories and options. The only model Ram that you can get with brown leather interior and I bought it for about 4K more than the Larmie would have cost me after adding the options I wanted on the Larmie.

2026 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Only have had it one month, just a couple negatives 1) Key fob very low quality, looks like a cheap plastic Easter egg. I have never had one this low quality. 2) The part that positions the seat belt buckle high or low is a “rubber band”, Never seen that. 3) The steering wheel should be a little wider on the top so you can view the screen/gages better. The ride is nice, Power is there when you want it.

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Fifth Hyundai vehicle. I have never had a bad experience with any of the cars., same for the dealers and service. The cars have always been reliable, loaded with great technology, and provided great comfort to drive. The 2026 Santa Fe clearly offers a lot of car for the price. It has also been a step up from previous models. Really enjoy the addition of the turbo engine. The only downside to all of this is Hyundai eliminated the included 36000 miles service the only disappointing part of a great driving experience,

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Looking forward to really driving this long distance.

2026 Kia Sorento review
I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

Our relationship with Piazza Hyundai began when we purchased our 2012 Santa Fe from Tiffany Selfrit. The entire process was low-pressure, and Tiffany was very knowledgable and asked just the right questions to ensure that we got the vehicle that was right for us. Since then, Piazza's excellent service department has converted me from a "car dealership sceptic" to a devoted client. I have always been treated courteously, professionally, and fairly when bringing my car in for service -- as if I were a valued customer. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to experience Piazza's dedication to their clients on a whole other level when we broke down in Maryland on a 3 day road trip. Our car was towed to another Hyundai dealership in Salisbury, where we had to leave it for diagnostics. We were assured that they would call us the next day to give us an update. We rented a car and continued our trip. Unfortunately, the Salisbury dealership did not call the next day (or since -- and that was 10 days ago!), despite our numerous phone calls to them. On the second day I called Rick Stubblebine, my service manager at Piazza. He immediately expressed concern and relieved much of our anxiety about the situation by offering to contact the Salisbury dealership personally to see what he could do for us. His assurance that "you aren't in this alone" was incredibly reassuring, and demonstrated to us his extraordinary commitment to his clients. Since then, Rick has continued to advocate for us, and has taken it upon himself to check in regularly with us and the other dealership. Although the problem has not yet been resolved, Rick's kindness and dedication has certainly made us #1 fans and future customers of Piazza Hyundai!

I'm extremely happy to have compromised on that because I can't imagine buying a car from somebody else. I wish there are more words to describe how amazing the entire Gateway Kia team is. I hope this review exemplifies how outstanding my experience was with this dealership. Now, driving my brand-new Kia Sorento SX Prestige is an absolute dream! I'm so happy with all the features – the panoramic sunroof, the premium sound system, the comfortable leather seats, and the advanced driver-assistance systems. I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Chapman last night. This was the best buying experience I've ever had. Everything from placing the factory order to picking up the car was a breeze. Ordering: I worked out pricing and ordered the car through email with Ashley Ryan (Thanks for everything Ashley). Chapman was $6K cheaper than my local Jeep Dealership. No deposit was required, and they didn't require me to finance through them to place a factory order. Waiting on Arrival: Ashley was always in touch. She would update me through every step of the manufacturing process, always keeping me up to in the loop on progress and delivery date. Trade: A few weeks before my Jeep arrived, I went down to Chapman to discuss trading in my old Jeep. One of the Chapman Sales Professionals, Kevin Brown, helped me get my appraisal and worked out a trade in price. Chapman's offer was very fair and higher than my local dealing. It was also competitive with the online car purchasers such as Vroom. With the sales tax savings I actually came out ahead by trading in with Chapman. Pick up: When my car arrived, I worked with Liz Marucci who got my car detailed and ready to go. She helped me set up my Uconnect, Satellite Radio and Jeep wave stuff. It was great not having to Navigate these set ups on my own. I did not receive this kind attentive full service from my last Jeep dealer. Liz made sure everything was perfect before I drove my Jeep home. Financing: For convenience, I had already setup financing locally but the financing that Chapman offered was identical to what I got from my local credit union which I have not seen from most dealerships. And last but not least, they offered me a ton of extended warranty and protection options once. When I declined, they didn't try to push any of this down my throat. Closing the deal and finishing the paperwork was simple and fast. A++ for the whole Chapman Team. Best price and buying experience. I will be going back for my next car purchase.

2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I bought the AT 4 version. Loaded. Has good ground clearance. It's powered with a 3.0 l turbocharged diesel. Has lots of horsepower and torque. I've had no problem but I talked to my friend who's a certified mechanic and they're having a lot of problems with the engine blowing up at very low mileage. A lot of the time less than 15,000. Some of them have problems with the thrust bearings failing causing increased crankshaft play back and forth to the point where the timing chain and the rubber belt that runs the oil pump can fail. The engine has been described as grenading. They're basically self-destructs. There's a specific power code that indicates low oil pressure and allowed rattle sound before it finally fails. I heard that the engines were on back order, so if you're one of the unfortunates you can plan on waiting 10 or 12 weeks or longer to get your truck back. They have to remove the cab completely to swap motors. But overall I love the truck. It's a big improvement over the 2022 I just traded in.

2026 Jeep Compass review
My wife finally considered to get a new car after considering another pre owned purchase, she loved her pre owned Jeep Patriot, now with 146k, we decided bc it served our family with reliable and still does, she found the Jeep Compass the next generation Jeep Patriot. The look and luxury interior is next level value and reasonably priced. We went with the 4x4 limited with the panoramic sunroof, white exterior with the sport black top, black graphite wheels and black durable leather interior with a navy blue stitching makes this car sporty but with luxury. The interior seats are durable enough we won't be worried about traveling with our dog! 200HP 4 cylinder turbo is ideal with average 26 miles per gallon effecient. We are extremely happy.
