The truck handles great, on city streets and the highway. I'm short (5'-4") and I feel comfortable in this truck. Great pickup, low road noise.

I was terrified, because I’m working on my credit score and try to save money while everything is very expensive. I found a car I like on line and I’ve noticed that it belongs to Mastria VW. I was a little skeptical, if I can be approved for credit, but Mark has all the tools and knowledge to help people, who are not fortunate having a lot of money. Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

Steven in the Service Department was professional and efficient. He listened to me, addressing not only the issue I was having with the vehicle, but WHY it happened. And then solved both problems with a timely fix at a very reasonable price. Historically, I steered clear of Dealerships for service issues. My service technician has always been great and overall I?m glad he is with Bmw instead of the competition. I thank him for his service advice and recommendations. As I follow his steps to keeping my M running perfect. He and Bmw of Rockland show you why Bmw service will always out do Mercedes. I watch Mercedes and I can truly say their representatives could care less and they sell one of the most expensive and nice cars as well. But because of their service being so bad in the lack of care how they treat you, it affects the growth of that company. Keep up the good work @bmw and I?ll stay that way. I hope you can see this feedback is 100% honest and a few question anything I say about the other dealer go there look for help and see how you treat it just for yourself but you?ll see I?m correct on this. I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.
