I find the staff to be extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Three of my cars were used and one I bought new. The Secor sales department is excellent as well. I give very high marks to Secor Suburu in all categories.
2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
Great car for the money, it is my 3rd bolt and this one is the best I’ve had, although I didn’t have any problems with the other ones this one drives and rides better. It could use more sound deadening because there is a lot of road noise, other than that it’s a great car. I have the RS and I love it, I can’t understand why GM is going to quit making it!

2026 Nissan Rogue review
I’ve only had my Rogue Platinum for three weeks so not much history, however, I am very pleased with my purchase so far. The comfort level is terrible, the ride is smooth. Personally, I also think the exterior has a really good look. As for the interior, we specifically chose the Chestnut color and it is exactly what I wanted.

As most can attest, the process of shopping, comparing, test driving and finally deciding on a vehicle, new or used, can be quite the intimidating endeavor. Especially in my particular state - still owing a loan payoff on my current vehicle. My recent experience at Flood Mazda in Wakefield, RI was hands down the most rewarding and delightful experience I’ve ever encountered in purchasing a vehicle. Nick Maiello was incredibly helpful when I initially called after checking out several (non-Mazda vehicles) on the Flood website. I honestly had no interest in Mazda… and was looking at other “used” vehicles in their inventory. Nick took the time to talk to me… gave me his honest opinion of compact and mid-size SUVs and invited me to come in and check out their selection of cars. He never tried to “sell” me anything… it was a very relaxed conversation – almost as if I was talking with a friend I’d known for years. He was personable, he was professional and that was just the start… Upon arriving at Flood Mazda, I experienced what I would consider as “red carpet treatment” - shocked that although I was shopping for a used car within a budget - Nick, treated me no differently than a customer in the market for a new car. He had a 2020 Mazda CX-5 already running out front, ready for me to drive. Prior to taking the initial test drive, Nick shared his extensive knowledge of the vehicle’s features and history. He even came along for the ride with me… showing me all the cool bells and whistles. The entire experience was so relaxing and pleasant. Nick was incredibly professional, a wealth of knowledge, courteous, patient and most importantly - honest. A rare trait when shopping for a new or used vehicle. He never pushed or pressured me into the numerous other options available on the lot. He was supportive of my needs and respectful of my time. He truly went above and beyond. I left, positive and relieved - I found my new car! The following day, I arrived with my father to complete the purchase. Nick was beyond organized - he had already prepped all the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival, was patient answering our countless questions, understanding of my financial limits, presented my options in terms I could understand, offered the best available pricing on my trade in - there was no “typical car salesman” banter or mindless sales pitch. He provided a seamless process and flawless execution all while remaining admirably personable. And he never once skipped a beat when we decided last minute to go brand new and buy a 2021 CX-5 Carbon Edition right off the showroom floor. The calming persona of Flood Financer Cody Harvey put any anxiety and worry I had about the financial paperwork and warranty options at ease – such a different experience than your typical dealership transaction. Not only did he explain every detail of the offer and options available to me - he was down to earth with a welcoming sense of humor and a warming charm. We completed the entire transaction in about 90 minutes – something I would consider unheard of when purchasing a new car. Just before I drove my new wheels off the lot, Nick took the time to once again provide top notch customer service - ensuring I had my proof of updated insurance, connected my mobile phone to the Bluetooth, reviewed how to safely operate the electronics, helped adjust the bass and treble in the stereo and answered last minute questions about my new purchase. An experience I won’t soon forget. An experience I will continue to share with anyone in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle. I can’t thank you enough, Nick for making my dream of owning a BRAND NEW vehicle a reality. 2026 Buick Envista review
I just bought a 2026 Envista Preferred on May 22, 2026 and it is the dream car that I always wanted. It's elegant, good on gas, nice and comfortable interiors and trunk and small enough to park. It feels like a strong car, just by opening the door. Really can't say anything negative about it. I think Buick out did themselves and the price was right!

2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I bought the AT 4 version. Loaded. Has good ground clearance. It's powered with a 3.0 l turbocharged diesel. Has lots of horsepower and torque. I've had no problem but I talked to my friend who's a certified mechanic and they're having a lot of problems with the engine blowing up at very low mileage. A lot of the time less than 15,000. Some of them have problems with the thrust bearings failing causing increased crankshaft play back and forth to the point where the timing chain and the rubber belt that runs the oil pump can fail. The engine has been described as grenading. They're basically self-destructs. There's a specific power code that indicates low oil pressure and allowed rattle sound before it finally fails. I heard that the engines were on back order, so if you're one of the unfortunates you can plan on waiting 10 or 12 weeks or longer to get your truck back. They have to remove the cab completely to swap motors. But overall I love the truck. It's a big improvement over the 2022 I just traded in.
