I was very happy with the service I received on my recent visit to Garber Honda for routine service on my 2010 Honda Crosstour. The service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable about the service needed on my vehicle. There was no waiting to see the representative when I arrived and the car was finished when promised. The estimated expense was right on and the service was done properly. I purchased my vehicle brand new from Garber Honda and have had it serviced there since that time. I have never been unhappy with the repair service or customer service. After seeing a 3.5 Liter Altima 2016 leftover on-line, we drove 1 1/2 hours to check out the vehicle since my 2008 had been T-Boned and totaled in an accident. Brian Wahl in sales made buying the car so easy. Since I had my insurance card and registration with me in my purse since the accident, I was able to drive the new Altima home on a dealer plate! Saved me from having to come back and waste 3 hours. Very happy with the experience and with the car!!!
I have always had great experiences with Nissan Wester. My sales man Mark Ellis is the only one I will deal with. I love the fact that I tell him what I want and he lets me know when I can come in and make the final sale. Not pushy and I can walk away if I'm not satisfied.
Everyone at Hertz was extremely friendly and low pressure. Bob McClean was my salesperson and he was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions. The sales manager made a point to introduce himself and remind me that there was no pressure to buy.
There was no negotiation process; the car was already below the Kelly Blue Book average price. It was also a couple hundred cheaper than what they had listed online. I believe this is intentional because they have such a high volume of used rental cars they are trying to offload. I've had the car for a few months and haven't had any problems whatsoever.
The other dealers I had gone to previously had offered similar cars for several thousand dollars more and their salespeople were always trying to talk me into paying more than I wanted. Hertz was the complete opposite. The whole process was easy and low pressure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Last week on my drive to work my wiper blades stopped working, I was fortunate in that I was not far from Ralph Honda when it occurred. I explained the situation to Service Advisor Steve Pecora, and as is always the case when I have dealt with him, he was very accommodating. Even though he was short of technicians that day, he said he would get someone to look at my vehicle. When he realized the shuttle driver was going to take a while, he found someone else to take me to my place of work, Steve communicated what needed to be repaired, and the part I need was ordered and the repair was complete. Steve also had the technician complete some recall work that was needed, This type of customer service is why I have only had service performed at Ralph since I have owned my 2011 Accord.
Awesome is what comes to mind for ed and Shawn! These guys kept me updated for my loan and were nothing but pleasant on the phone with me! I would do business again with these guys!
