Awesome customer service. This was the best car experience I have had. EJ was so accommodating and knowledgeable. I feel very confident recommending this VW dealership to my friends and already have!!
2010 Nissan Altima review
Bought this car in 2017 for $6500. It had 86k miles. Currently its at 188k miles. Never changed the transmission oil. Other than regular maintenance I've only had to change the radiator, water pump, the struts and the coils twice. I will be changing the axles , front shocks and the valve cover. Car has been good to me. I thought the CVT would have given out by now with all the stories I've heard about them. Car is slow. Back seats are uncomfortable. MPG isn't the best for a 4cyl. Plenty of leg room and trunk space. If you can get one with less than 120k miles for cheap and you have a reliable and affordable mechanic take the risk. Worst case scenario you burn 3-4 thousand dollars. best case scenario you have 5-10 years of a reliable car without a car payment and you save on car insurance.

Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

Very helpful, Jorge went way out of his way for us, to get a car purchased, title change, and safety inspection done in a week so that we could park it in our condo parking lot. We would recommend this place. They all went above and beyond…true aloha spirit!
2017 Nissan Altima review
I love everything about this car! Except the CVT system. It's giving me problems now. Go back to old transmission!! Love these cars though! The CVT tends to break down alot faster than the older normal geared transmissions.

King Windward Nissan review
We were in NEED of a new car, with no desire to get a used one. We were looking at the Costco auto buying program and met up with Jessica Kondo at King Windward Nissan in Kaneohe. She made us feel very comfortable at the start, greeted us like family, listened intently as we expressed our NEEDS, WANTS, and DESIRES. Took our information and left to go meet her manager. I?m not going to lie, we were worried we wouldn?t qualify for what we wanted, and we would have to settle. Jessica came back and told us congratulations you qualified for the 2026 Nissan Rogue! My friend went on a test drive, LOVED everything! The smooth ride, roominess, all the wonderful features that it came with and Jessica made it so easy to set up the functions on our phones! While our car was getting detailed and gassed up, we met up with Christian, who helped us navigate the financial aspects of the car, patiently explaining the warranty packages and the fact that he made us feel like it was our decision based on our needs and budget was a big thumbs up from us. We apologize, that at this writing we did not remember the manager?s name who was very instrumental for our being on cloud 9 (still)! Every aspect of our car buying experience went smoothly, and we can?t say enough positive things about Jessica, Christian, the Magician (manager) AND the awesome detailing staff! Muah! Aloha and Mahalo from two grateful customers!

They made the process so easy, offered me a great rate compared to other places. Even got a rebate shopping through the Costco auto buying program. They also give coupons for oil changes, free car washes, and free safety checks for the life of the vehicle you purchase. See Thomas Kondo he?s a great guy.

Told my salesman Joe that my goal was to have them write me a check after I buy a new truck from them. He said okay skeptically but then I told him I have a 2025 ram rebel level 2 with the title in hand. Long story short I got a 2026 Nissan frontier and got wrote a check for trading in my Ram. Yes it?s a downgrade in truck but it?s what we need at the moment. Joe was on it every step of the way. He had everything ready and the process was streamlined. Mahalo Joe and Windward Nissan!

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Honda Windward review
Honda Windward truly goes above and beyond! I brought my car in for a safety check and to take care of a recall, and the entire service experience was amazing. They make you feel like family rather than just another customer. Our service provider, Kanoa, was wonderful. He even remembered our names and who we were, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. We also had to take the shuttle, and MJ was incredibly friendly & kind to my daughter. She enjoyed the ride so much that she actually asked if we could go back again! It’s the little things like great customer service, genuine kindness, and making your customers feel valued that really stand out. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you, Honda Windward, Kanoa, and MJ, for making what could have been a stressful service visit such a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate you and will definitely be back!
2022 Nissan Altima review
I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

New City Nissan review
Great service, easy to schedule appointments and very efficient with completing the service. Never have an issue with scheduling or any type of errors on my service if it’s for a recall or just maintenance check up.
2019 Nissan Altima review
I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

New City Nissan review
Went in to just look at a used car, we had been shopping for 2 weeks all over the island. Walked in, went for a drive and loved it, Bob L showed us the numbers and we countered and done. We drove off with a “new” car... He made it so easy it was amazing.
2019 Nissan Altima review
Front seats are not durable. My seats are loose and tearing. Carpet is cheap and no good. Floor mats are poor quality. Windshield wipers fluid won't come out. Overall satisfied but Nissan got improve the quality inside the car. Finally my seat belt sensor gone out. Almost through paying for car and my next car is truck

2020 Nissan Altima review
I’ve owned a lot of vehicles over the years, and this 2020 Altima SL truly stands out for its balance of comfort, technology, reliability, and value. The SL trim gives it a premium feel inside — heated seats, heated steering wheel, power driver seat, and a power moonroof make it comfortable year-round. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the 2.5 engine delivers excellent fuel economy while still having plenty of power for highway driving. What really makes this car special is the factory lighting package — illuminated Altima plates, ground lighting when the doors open, color-change floor lighting, and illuminated cup holders. At night, the car looks upscale and unique without being flashy. Safety features like front and rear radar, lane assist, and intelligent cruise control make long drives stress-free and modern. Everything works exactly as it should. The interior is clean, the body is in great condition, and it’s been well maintained. With two factory keys and remotes included, it’s fully ready for its next owner. Overall, this Altima SL offers luxury features without the luxury price tag. It’s dependable, comfortable, sharp-looking, and loaded with options.

When the salesman told me it was available, I told him when we would come and he said it would be ready. Got there at the determined time, he had to be located and the car wasn't ready. I know places are busy, but luckily it didn't take long since the car wouldn't meet our needs anyway.
2021 Nissan Altima review
The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.
