I???ve always had great service, I feel like as a woman I can trust the service department to not try to sell me service that I don???t necessarily need. I???ve been going back to sunny king Honda for years and will continue as long as I get great service. Linda has always been my go to person if I have a problem with my Honda and can usually tell me what the problem is and to bring it in to get checked. I???ve called her several times over the years
I went in for oil change the young man that waited on me gave great customer service he answered all my questions and my oil change and tire rotation was done in a very timely manner. The waiting area was clean and refreshment, entainerment as well as wifi was available. very Satisfied

The representatives I worked with were able to provide me with helpful information about upcoming work needed on my vehicle which helps me plan for a large capital outlay instead of going to the bank the day of servicing or repairs
Tina was great. Finance process is terrible. If not for Tina, I would have left wo buying bc of @ least 3 hr wait to just write a check. Never will I wait to write a check again. No trade in no finance. At least 3 hours to hand over a check.

My fiance and I had just come from a terrible experience with a Hyundai dealership in Birmingham. We were very leary to work with any dealership. Tamron Hyundai refused to honor the advertised price on a new Accent which was the exact car we needed. I sent the screen shot of the advertised price to other dealers in the state. Ross immediately got back to us and honored the rate. We already had financing and dint want to deal with all of the other dealer xxxxxxxx. When we got there they had the car and paperwork ready to go. They didn't try to upsell us and had us out the door in a matter of minutes. Great price, service, and efficiency. I would definitely recommend working with Ross. If only everyone handled business the way they did the world would be better for it. I can't speak for everyone there but Ross was awesome.
