We went in with the intention of buying an Explorer within the week. They were extremely helpful, very nice, and went above and beyond to help us get the ford financing. We would definitely return again to buy a new vehicle.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.
This was the first dealership I've ever visited to purchase a new car for myself. I had a great experience there, and enjoyed interacting with everyone there. My first experience purchasing a car exceeded my expectations!
The men were very respectful to me I am a female buying my second car ever. They Took me around the lot 3 different times because I was indecisive. Help me with new tires. I just recently paid this car off and I am still driving it around. All I have had to do is keep up the old changes and change the brakes. I was very very very blessed! I won't go anywhere else ever!
Emailing back and forth with Ms Palmer on a car I was wanting to buy .Ms Palmer suggest that I look at the car fax report and by doing so I found out there was frame damage along with a few other things. I ask Ms Palmer if frame was covered and she informed it wasn't but I could take to any shop to have it check out.
After reading Carfax report I decide not to buy the car
Ms Palmer could have NOT been more honest then that. I also called the dealership and talk to a gentleman that was helpful also. I'm saying this as I would buy and suggest other people do ck out this dealership

After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
I went to this dealer back in November of 2017 to check out a very competitively priced 2012 Honda Accord coupe. After taking it for a test drive, discussing things with Roger (who was exceptionally friendly and helpful), and getting the financing in order through my credit union (the dealer was able to work with me on price in the form of a pick-up note so I'd be able to get the best financing option), I was happily on my way in a car that's been fun to drive and has proven very reliable over the last ~6 months.
I did have to dock a star in a couple categories just for the fact that the initial repairs which needed done on the car (all minor and at no cost to me) ended up taking a fair bit longer than expected. It's my understanding that their service department was undergoing some significant changes, so hopefully they've got things running more smoothly by now. In any case, they have free wi-fi, so at least the wait wasn't too boring.
All in all, I've been extremely pleased with the purchase and have no regrets. I look forward to making 6K my first stop the next time I'm purchasing a vehicle.
The overall experience at Don Franklin Nissan was excellent. I purchased a new 2017 Nissan Murano and I could not be happier with the excellent service and the overall buying experience at this dealership. The sales associate you helped me was Greg and he was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through the same day.
