Ed McCarthy is the best! I met him in 1997 when I purchased my first Nissan Maxima at the dealership now known as Nissan 24. He has always been able to advise, educate and assist me in the purchase of many cars over the last 26 years. The salesman Craig was extremely helpful in my attempts to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum. He worked with me to establish a budget that accommodated my needs to the precise amount. However, due to my recent purchase of another vehicle one month prior. This wasn’t the right time for me to trade in my car for the newer vehicle Nucar was offering me. I so appreciate the customer service sales support Craig extended to me and the expertise in knowing my dilemma and guiding me this process. When I’m ready to purchase I will consider working with him again for sure. My many thanks to him and all the other staff involved.

Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

My Buick dealer had gone out of business unbeknownst to me and my “shift to park” would not shut off and prevented me from turning the car off. I had a Nissan 6 years ago and was treated well at Coastal and George Sullivan and went there. Although my car is a GM George and the wonderful staff saw to my needs and the shift assembler was obtained and fixed. Kudos to George Sullivan(no relation!.
