I recently decided to look for a new car and embarked on the dreaded dealership tours. Before I did so, I researched a number of makes/models and dealerships on line, checked Consumer Reports for the most reliable Compact SUVs and got a written CarMax price on my trade-in. I visited Coastal Nissan and other dealers on the South Shore and Auto-Mile. I test drove four vehicles from three dealerships including a Subaru and Honda, and ended up with a Nissan Rogue which I think was the best deal for me, with the particular bells and whistles I wanted, a fair price for my trade-in, a reasonable sales price and great financing. Of the three dealerships I visited, Coastal was by far the most professional, and the sales staff (Harry Webster and manager Steve Delany) and Finance guy Sean were competent and experienced, and at no time did I feel any pressure Unlike a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have no problem highly recommending Coastal Nissan.

2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. It was great to see him and the whole deal took only three hours. Alex explained everything about car and paperwork. He remembered us and his personal touch was sincere. No pressure. John in financing was extremely easy to work with. I love the service department too. This is a great dealership.

FIFI- here at Rt. 9 Nissan was the greatest. When I mentioned any concerns, she was quick to address them with no hesitation. Just purchased my sixth car from Ed McCarthy. The process took less than 2 hours, start to finish, including paperwork. Ed is very knowledgeable and super helpful. He listened to what I was looking for, and provided me several options that met those needs so I still had several vehicles to choose from. I never felt any pressure to “make a deal,” and they worked with me to get to a payment that made sense for me financially. Mark was also extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend!!

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

I went to Boch Nissan to look at a few cars and being leery about buying a new or used car because of my previous experiences, I expected to be treated the same. This was not the case. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They actually listened to my concerns and needs. Ian Swenson is the Sales Manager to first greet and assist me. After asking me a few questions he directed me to one of his salesmen, which was very informative as well. I ended up buying a car which I did not expect! I am definitely sending everyone there and returning for future purchases as long as they stay running this way!!!

As promised. It was done complete. On time, even a bit sooner than expected. Reasonable prices. They even seem happy to be working together there.

I’m so grateful for this place, always went there with the other owners but this one is way better and helpful they will definitely find a way to make it work for you bad or good credit! I went there with no hope didn’t expect anything but listening to the Service manager Will referred me to AP in 15 minutes I got approved for a brand new 2026 car ‘ AP was excellent and very knowledgeable, THX man ! , they’re very helpful and patient with their customers , and I loved the friendly greeting atmosphere 👍🏾👍🏾 and the sale manager very polite and professional .. don’t regret the visit.
