I went to Boch Nissan to look at a few cars and being leery about buying a new or used car because of my previous experiences, I expected to be treated the same. This was not the case. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They actually listened to my concerns and needs. Ian Swenson is the Sales Manager to first greet and assist me. After asking me a few questions he directed me to one of his salesmen, which was very informative as well. I ended up buying a car which I did not expect! I am definitely sending everyone there and returning for future purchases as long as they stay running this way!!!

My wife and I had a great experience at the Nissan in Lynnfield. We had the pleasure to work with Lou. He was extremely helpful and was able to help us find what we wanted. From the moment we got there, everything went well. We are so happy with our purchase. We hope to work with Lou in the future.

Just purchased my sixth car from Ed McCarthy. The process took less than 2 hours, start to finish, including paperwork. Ed is very knowledgeable and super helpful. He listened to what I was looking for, and provided me several options that met those needs so I still had several vehicles to choose from. I recently decided to look for a new car and embarked on the dreaded dealership tours. Before I did so, I researched a number of makes/models and dealerships on line, checked Consumer Reports for the most reliable Compact SUVs and got a written CarMax price on my trade-in. I visited Coastal Nissan and other dealers on the South Shore and Auto-Mile. I test drove four vehicles from three dealerships including a Subaru and Honda, and ended up with a Nissan Rogue which I think was the best deal for me, with the particular bells and whistles I wanted, a fair price for my trade-in, a reasonable sales price and great financing. Of the three dealerships I visited, Coastal was by far the most professional, and the sales staff (Harry Webster and manager Steve Delany) and Finance guy Sean were competent and experienced, and at no time did I feel any pressure Unlike a lot of other dealerships I have dealt with over the years, I have no problem highly recommending Coastal Nissan.

FIFI- here at Rt. 9 Nissan was the greatest. When I mentioned any concerns, she was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most dealerships. She answered my calls even after hours on her personal time. Definitely coming back here again. I was pleased to hear about other reviews I read and the positive experiences buying from her as well. The team at Nissan from moment you walk in are very happy you are there and are very courteous and helpful. I love my new Rogue 2022 Platinum. Thank you!

2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. It was great to see him and the whole deal took only three hours. Alex explained everything about car and paperwork. He remembered us and his personal touch was sincere. No pressure. John in financing was extremely easy to work with. I love the service department too. This is a great dealership.

I have been dealing with Nissan 24 for the purchase or lease of new cars for a long time. Why do I keep coming back? In a one word answer- Ed McCarthy. I think of Ed as the person that helps me purchase what I want at the price I want to pay as opposed to the person trying to sell me a car. Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!

Purchased an older used Maxima with low mileage recently. Purchased an aftermarket used car warranty as well. Because of its age, the car needed suspension repairs. The service rep (Jeff) at Ron Bouchard’s was professional, communicative, very helpful and, most importantly, persistent in ensuring the aftermarket warranty company paid for all the necessary repairs. I truly appreciated his assistance and extraordinary effort on my behalf.

I had need for immediate help in replacing a key fob and Ron Bouchards Nissan told me to come in that day and provided the help that I needed to get a new one and reprogram it so that I no longer had worry about it. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and the work was done efficiently and I am feeling more secure about being able to start my car. They responded to my needs and I was able to get it done within two hours. Service staff are friendly and helpful. I am grateful for their help!
