I am well informed on the legitimate and the dark side of car repair from working in that industry for 30 years. I made a decision to trust thoroughbred Nissan in Tucson several years ago with the maintenance of my 2019 Altima. Normally I don’t trust anything or anyone. However every single time I have had to use Thoroughbred Nissan I have experienced the most respectful service and that’s coming from someone who’s nearly 70 years old. I have never felt that feeling of being shystered because I was old or a woman. And today is the perfect example of my experiences. Encis Contreras was my person. She registered my car on the drop off, listened to my thing, scheduled me an uber to get to work, informed me of the thing, and scheduled me an uber back to the shop. So xxxxxx courteous so respectful and friendly. I feel so much trust. How rare is that y’all? Who! Who ever finds any grace in this world today? I did today. I found grace from a very experienced service provider at Thoroughbred Nissan.

Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D

The Nissan Kicks is a great value for the buck ! The Kicks has a four cylinder engine with plenty of power for both around the town & freeway driving, for a small SUV it has good rear cargo space as well. The Kicks has 11 airbags for safety which I like when transporting my two grandsons Attics and Austin! My wife and I made the best choice for a small SUV the Nissan Kicks !!!
