Waiting time is a lie. Checked in at 9:00 am was told an hour maybe an hour and 15 min. 2 hours later and nobody has even given an update- nothing.

I lease my cars and this is my 3rd Murano. My previous Muranos were the previous body style, 2012 and 2014, so my 2017 is the first of this current style. I have the SL AWD and feel that the SL trim has good luxury features without having to spend extra for the Platinum. I definitely see improvement not just in design, but in ride comfort, handling and features. Highly recommend in the SL trim if you want leather seats plus extras.
I purchased my used Alfa Romeo back in June. When my SiriusXM radio turned off it caused some confusion since the dealer said I am getting a one year complimentary subscription. Turns out since my car was used, the radio trial was aging while the dealership owned the vehicle.
I was reached out to by Leanne and she was very helpful in fixing the situation. I know that having to deal with third parties can be difficult but she took the time and had the patience to discuss options with Sirius. I appreciate her efforts to make me happy and I was pleased to get the service I was originally promised.
I should also mention that I have never met Leanne and I did not buy my car from her. She was helping me because it was the right thing to do and I am a customer. Nothing in it for her!

This vehicle has been awesome. We love the look and overall performance and reliability. The only negative would be the paint on the hood has developed some small chipping but other than that I would drive this to the moon and back.
I bought a ???17 Pathfinder and had a great time dealing with salesmen. The service department is always pleasant and very helpful. The dealership is always going the distance to satisfy their customers needs. There is so many pluses like oil changes, tires, and car washes.

I was not expecting to leave with a 2019 but I did! I came in with an loan that was upside down the whole time. But Maria came and scooped from the lot in the front although I was hesitant, she was a breath of fresh air as a sales person. I came expecting a 2017 or 2018 and left with a fresh toy out of the box. Thank you Maria!

Love the space when shopping and buying large items on sale.
We were in the market for the just released Nissan Leaf 2019. We aren't frequent buyers and are specific about what we want. Xochilt ("Sochi") worked with us over a few weeks to get us exactly what we wanted. She's was very polite and accomodating (especially with our 6 and 8 year old boys) through the whole process.
We've also had service done here on our older Versa and it's among the most organized and customer service oriented service stations I've ever used.
Definitely recommend this dealer and Xochilt.

The Murano is an unsung, relatively unknown car of great design and thought. It handles well and offers many conveniences and high tech stuff. Like many cars today, the headrest for the drive is not adjustable and forces the drivers head to be pushed uncomfortably forward which also causes the body to be forced into a banana like configuration. It is horrible and awfully uncomfortable. The lumbar support is not great enough. The front seats hold the passenger in place when cornering which is highly desirable. And then there is that horrible automatic adjustable rear view mirror which is useless. The car hold alignment very well. The car gets 32.4 - 32.6 mpg on a flat road at 60-65 mph on regular gas. Overall, it is a lot of car for the money and has a great V-6 engine with a lot of torgue. I am not a fan of the CVT transmission however, only because at a constant 30-35mph it is herky-jerky and not smooth. Instead of buying another Lexus RX we now have this Murano Platinum because comparably equipped it is $7,000 cheaper than the Lexus and maintenance costs are considerable less than the overpriced maintenance of a Lexus.
The salesman Sam, worked closely with the manager Jonathan and Chris in financing to get me the best deal possible. I appreciate that he was straight forward. All three guys stayed way after closing time to get my deal closed and I am satisfied with it.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
This was our second car purchase from Mike and we were just as happy this time as we were last time. Our first time we met Mike we almost bought from him. We were going through financing and then decided to not buy. We felt bad for how it went down. A few months later we returned. We were a bit worried that how things went the first time might affect how he would treat this time. Well he was great and went through with a purchase of a Pacifica. It took a few trips because we have 3 kids and Mike was patient and very understanding. This last purchase took a total of 2 hours and we again are totally pleased . He has very good product knowledge and listens to what we want. We like his down to earth demeanor and that he isn???t pushy. We have given his name out to several of our friends and hopefully he will get a few sales from them. Finding a car salesman who is honest and not just out for the sale is hard to do. Mike is that kind of person. Thank you again Mike and we will be back when we need another vehicle.
