Thomas Nissan of JolietReviews
Thomas Nissan of Joliet review
Words cannot express our immense gratitude for Crystal and the team at Thomas Nissan of Joliet. Crystal led our purchase experience and restored my faith in the goodness of humanity. Her warmth and kindness made the process personal and stress-free, which was truly a blessing during a challenging time. Building a relationship over the phone with a guarded customer isn't easy, but Crystal made me feel that all my fears and questions were normal. As a high-maintenance customer, I appreciated her genuine approach and the trust we built. Crystal became a friend, providing a ride from the airport to the dealership. Thank you, Crystal, we love our Pathfinder and will always think of you fondly as we enjoy our ride.

Recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Altima. I chose a color that was new. I really like it. Received much appreciated help from Mohamed B. He is a very well informed consultant and salesman. Professional yet very considerate, kind, and caring person. I Recently was in a head on collision accident and had some issues with driving right now. Mohamed helped me get through my fears and I feel better now. Finance person made many pages of needed signatures, explained all.. and got it all done with ease. TY Mohamed and Gerard Nissan for all your help in getting me through the process of buying a new car surprisingly easy!!

Nissan of Old Saybrook review
I just want to give a big thanks you to the salesmen at Nissan of Old Saybrook, Nolan and Aiden. I had a wonderful, stress free experience buying my new Altima here. Nolan and Aiden were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. They worked with me to get me out of my currently fiance and in a new car at the same rate. I will definitely recommend these two salesmen to my friend and family. Thank Guys!

Great staff, good prices, Greg (salesmen) was amazing, and Jim got me best rate possible even though he didnt have to he kept trying and got me a nice low rate. Now I hope and pray my 2014 Nissan Murano can last me as long as my Toyota highlander did (14 years) before it was totaled while parked. Will look to do business in future with Daddaro Dealer
