Courtesy Nissan of Mesa review
We bought our vehicle from Courtesy Nissan of Mesa, and from start to finish it was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve ever had. The entire process was easy, transparent, and completely hassle-free. There were no games, no pressure, and everyone treated us with honesty and respect. What really impressed us was what happened months after the sale. We stopped in for service without an appointment at the last minute and were told it would be about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan. They don’t just care about making a sale—they genuinely care about their customers long after the purchase. Outstanding service, outstanding people, and a dealership that truly earns your business. Highly recommended!

Service was fast and easy and the waiting area was clean and covid safe. Thank you for all if the professional services we received while we were getting our vehicle serviced
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Too new to call it reliable. But comparing to the Honda, with its normally aspirated V6, we went with the Nissan. Honda is still putting VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) on their NA engines and I didn't want all that stuff with its history of issues. The Nissan is very, VERY comfortable. Stylish to our taste and very functional use of space. Great deals are available. We wanted dual power seats and surround view, so the only way to go was the Platinum edition. It makes decent power as a front-wheel drive system first. It's not winning any races, but it definitely gets out of its own way. We didn't buy it for future resale value because we intend to keep it. I hope Nissan keeps selling these NA V6's and avoids the hybrid only or turbo trap that everyone else seems to get hung up on. It loses a little for not having foglamps on their top trim and having to go to the top trim for a second power seat. You would do well to keep this one on your list if you NEED 3 row or just want a well sized and priced two row SUV with options. There's enough tech to keep you happy and reliable engine platform. The transmission is a ZF based design and we expect that with maintenance it is going to go for a long time. The only "bad thing" about this experience was that we had to leave our state to get a reasonable deal. At least we got a good road trip out of the purchase.

Since the first time I arrived to the dealer they were very helpful. And let's not forget Dillan, who was the one who showed me the truck.

Good deal with the car I bought but service and waiting time could be improved. I uploaded all the documentation online to avoid long time at the dealer but I had to show them again, 3 hrs waiting to get the car ready. No so good at all...

I had a great experience at the Courtesy Nissan of Mesa. Dennis Becker was especially helpful. He was friendly and professional. He also got back to me in a timely manner. He had my car serviced and finished at the time that he promised that it would be finished. He was very helpful and informative about the work that was done on my car. I wish every experience was this good. I would give him 5 stars.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the vehicle we purchased. There was the slight hiccup when diesel fuel was put in the unleaded tank prior to our test drive. Carlos Elias-Perez was incredible, courteous and professional. My father who will be 91 YOA this year was placed in intensive care (Georgia) a few days after our purchase. We had no qualms about taking an 1,800-mile road trip. Thanks!

Just completed the most painless new car purchase I have ever had! I connected with David Reznick by email, I gave him the stock # of the vehicle I was interested in, we met at 4 & he had the car cleaned up & ready to test drive. No high pressure sales, we just talked about my needs & expectations. He then introduced me to the finance manager Justin Shannon, again, no high pressure just real conversation. I soon walked out with a new car & was very happy with it! Overall, the total process took 2 hours!!! I chose to add a few accessories to my new car, Jeremiah in service helped me out with that, made it really easy & kept me posted on the progress until the car was finished. I couldn't be more happy with my experience here!!!

AutoNation Nissan Chandler review
I was elated with my experience, until I had a problem. When I got home and started to learn about my new used car I discovered I was given a broken key fob that does not have the mechanical key used in the event of an emergency/safety issue. I texted my salesman who said he would check in it. Several days later I had not heard anything. Contacted my sales person again and he admitted he forgot and sent me to the GM. I emailed the GM twice and never heard back. I contacted customer relations and explain. They said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It's now several days later and nothing. I was hoping they would handle the situation so I didn't have to put it in the review. The sales part was good, the followup in nil.

We worked with Kelly Pierson to buy my daughter a car. She was very helpful and got the job done.
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Tried to like other SUV's with smaller engines but I could not get past the lack of power. Hybrids are out of the question for me. It would be great if you could disable the the engine governor instead of pushing the button to turn it off every time we start the car. For the price and the size it is perfect for our needs. Lay the seats down and haul stuff or fill up the car with children. Very versatile. Price was reasonable compared to other third row SUV's. I can see us taking trips in this one.
