I want to start off by saying that Eric Holloway Direct Sales Manager has an awesome way of helping customers. He called us immediately after we filled out an online request when searching for my 2018 Toyota Highlander on Friday 11/23/18 evening and had a really nice over the phone experience that we made an appointment for the next day at noon to see if we can make a deal for my vehicle. I want to say that when we showed up the next day at around 11:30 am he was ready for us and greeted us with a smile and had our Highlander ready for test drive and see it first hand! They had two on the lot in color and style I wanted and my husband and I were sold on the suv. We were treated very nicely and Eric Holloway and Sunny Ahmad made our buying experience very pleasant. I highly recommend Livermore Toyota to everyone! These people know how to take care of you! They definitely deserve a 10 star service. Both the person who greeted me when I drove up and the Service Advisor who helped me were awesome. Everything was explained to me and they got the service done quickly. They even checked everything on my car and found a worn wiper blade but let me know it would still be ok for awhile but that I should check it again in a month and that they would install it for me for free if I came in and bought it at their parts department.

This 2013 vehicle has the best interior of the vans I have owned. I bought this van in 2014 and have not had any major problems. I would say that the road noise is terrible. The tires that came with the van are not quiet enough. I tried to change to a different tire but the noise is still loud. The gas range is a little better than most vans.

Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

This vehicle is one of the ugliest things I have ever seen. However, it does meet all of my needs and it is a very smooth ride. It is kind of a pain to get into the 3rd row when you need to. The 2nd row captain seats don't move forward a whole lot for someone who is taller than 5'4-5'5 to get in the back. It can be done is just a struggle. I gave it a 3 on reliability because we have only had it for 2.5 weeks so I'm not sure yet. On our recent road trip we only got 20mpg on the highway. We were hoping for the 27 it shows in the specifications. We just didn't get that. Overall a good vehicle just has a few things that we personally don't like.

Just a simple 6,000 mile service visit at 42K miles on my Outback. Best to make an appointment particularly if you plan to wait for the work to be done. Included exterior car wash at no charge. Service Advisor delivered car at front door of dealership/waiting-area in less than an hour and went through results of multi-point check (Customer waiting area is beautiful and spacious with snacks and drinks). This is a 3 story facility with shop and write-up on first floor and Customer waiting area on third floor (street level) so could be a little inconvenient for people unable to climb stairs. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I feel very comfortable with this minivan. Performance are great, I feel like a driving a car instead a van. Nice interior and exterior design. Keyless enter and push bottom start are great.The stereo (GPS) and the DVD system are little confusing. Only have 7 seats may not fit for some family.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! Mark Cruz is the best! Hands down the most thorough and detailed "introduction" to my 2017 Toyota Prius. My first was in 2008 from a dealership that never explained how to start a hybrid. MarkCruz sat in the car with me for 40 minutes and set up my Bluetooth connections, my music, my navigation, updated the tech features using my phone, explained the safety features, and ALL the other bells and whistles. 2014 Quest LE - 4 Years and 50,000 miles later...

Over the years, I've used cars.com routinely to search for new and used cars. Customer review has been a great source of information in making an informed decision. Hopefully, someone will benefit from our impressions of 2014 Quest LE over the last 50k. We've purchased this van locally in April of 2014. We also got an extended warranty for 7 years/100,000 miles. So far, the van has been reliable and we did not have to use the extended warranty. Overall, it has been a great, reliable and comfortable vehicle for the family. With any luck, Nissan engineers and designers may read this and use the review to make the Quest even better. Any complaints here are more of a "feedback" kind, and "first world problems." Also, some of the observations are in direct comparison to our 2007 Quest SE, which we liked very much (except for the miserable Michelin PAX tires). Gas mileage is not as good as the EPA rating. We get 16/23 routinely, and used to get 19/26 in our 2007 Quest. Same drivers, same routes, same load. It has not changed over the years, it's been like this from day one. OEM Toyo tires were dead after 14k miles. Dealer (Nissan of Cool Springs) did not care. It should not be of consequence to those looking for a good used vehicle, but still... Breaks work well, but one needs to REALLY step on them to get action. Also, pads wear off quickly, and we had to turn rotors at around 25k. I realize it's a heavy vehicle, but that seems a tad early. Grey leather stains easily and is very difficult to keep clean. Volume control is not linear; change from 3 to 4 notches on the display, for example, is SIGNIFICANT - from not being able to hear - to waking up sleeping children in the back. There is no safety (above the door) handle on the driver's side. iPod/iPhone connection is spotty. It works most of the time, but sometimes acts up for no apparent reason. Second row seat belts do not roll back and tend to dangle and get caught in a sliding door. If they don't get trapped by the door, they dangle on the floor and get noisy. Overall, we're happy with it and will keep it for several more years. It's comfortable, relatively quiet and looks like new inside and out. Materials and buttons are solid and pleasant to touch. DVD system and headphones have been flawless for the back seat passengers. Amount of storage, especially with third row seats down is amazing.
