I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. 2015 Nissan Quest review
Nissan makes very dependable cars and I have owned 8 different models over the past 20 years . My first Quest had 290k miles and never had anything but brake rotors turned and normal maintenance service performed. I chose the Quest over Dodge minivans because of the power and reliability. These are great vehicles and I also currently have a Pathfinder and a NV 3500 Hightop.

2011 Nissan Quest review
Excellent Quality and Reliable Minivan. We bought our Quest new in 2011, and 12 years later still running like new. Only issues have been front hub bearings and Toyo tires installed for delivery. The SL version we have is very comfortable with a very quiet ride, everything is holding up inside and outside. I know that one weak point is transmission, so what I have done is to replace transmission fluid every 20k miles. Interior is still looking like new, paint is also beautiful and all the outside moulding are stil in place.

2014 Nissan Quest review
I still drive this vehicle with 245,000 miles. I purchased it new in 2014. It was the perfect vehicle up to 150,000 miles. I only did maintenance, & changed tires, battery, etc. After that everything electrical started to go. Transmission was replaced at about 240,000 miles. Now I’m getting an oil leak fixed from wear & tear. I would recommend keeping this vehicle up to 150,000 miles. Though the repairs are still less expensive than a car payment, I wouldn’t buy another with high mileage.

I cannot say enough about my salesmen (David). I will be remised if I do not share one of the best experiences that I ever had while buying my 2024 Denali Ultimate 1500. David contacted me months before I knew I would be purchasing this vehicle. David and I created a build for a 2024 Denali Ultimate 3500 Dually. My experiences with him were so grand, that my wife wanted to deal with him in finding her the 1500 Denali Ultimate. We gravitate toward genuinely ?good people?, and David is one-of-a-kind. He answered all calls day/night. He has taken my calls even when he was off duty. Truth be told, David, was off the day I came to pick up my vehicle. He is extremely personable. He knows how to genuinely deal with people. I have been a Chevy/GMC man my entire life, and I have tried to test his knowledge even when it was not to my best interest; he stayed honest. He delivers not-so-good news like warm rain. We, as consumers, get so caught up in believing that we can ask for anything with the expectation that we are going to get it because WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. Some things are indeed out of a salesmen control. Some things may even be out of the control of the dealership and the General Motors Corporation itself, but David remained honest even when things could not go my way. He does so with class, and I admire that. Wherever he works, wherever he is selling automobiles, I WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM DAVID. If he is selling Toyota, then I will buy a Tundra. If he is selling Dodge, then I will buy a RAM. If he is selling Ford, then I will buy the F series truck. Why, because David has taken the time to know what I need and what I like. That means something to me. I am certain that if David is selling it, then I will surely want to buy it! I especially like the way he trained his young apprentice (I can?t remember his name), but this young man called my wife and I twice during our 7-hr. drive home to ensure that we were traveling ok. Thank you, David. Thank you for being there for my wife and I. Thank you always taking my calls to answer the same questions repeatedly. Thank you for picking us up from the airport on your day off and providing us transportation to the dealership. Thank you for finding our truck, which was surely a needle in the haystack. Thank you giving my wife the experience of a lifetime ? this is her first brand new truck. Thank you for giving us one heck of a deal ? one that we can be proud of. I can?t wait until my 3500 Dually is ready for pickup. 2012 Nissan Quest review
This van has exceeded all my expectations. Great value, excellent combined mpg and extremely comfortable with the zero-gravity seats. Interior is luxurious especially with captain chairs. Love the deep bi-level trunk storage for privacy and roof racks for added storage if needed. Extremely comfortable for all seven passengers.

We are sad this was discontinued. It’s great to carpool. Super reliable except in the end when it started to break down. But it did have 103K miles on it!
