Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.

This was the third vehicle that I have purchased from Stateline Nissan. When I initially inquired about the vehicle the representative was very helpful in offering to have 2020 Audi Q5 transferred from Warwick Mitsubishi store to Stateline for me to conveniently test drive. We stopped by to just look around at the used cars. It was just closing time. As we were looking a sales person came over to talk with us. Her name is Patricia Stapleton. She was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. We ended up taking a car for a test drive. Even though the dealership closed Patricia did not rush us. She was extremely patient.

Have a great review for service department especially Michelle! As I'm a 77year old female was leary about going to dealership .
