I finally took advantage of my "Free" oil change and was delighted to learn that it was free and that additional work not necessary. The facility was clean, waiting area nice, the technician didn't overdue or upsell other work as I expected. It did take a long time, apx. 2:45 for an oil change on an appointment, not so good but they had to wait for parts as I added a few filters to the mix. Nice people. I'm glad they got rid of that other service manager.

This is a sort of a bitter sweet service as this will be my last oil change there after being a customer for more than 6 years. I have decided to trade my Armada 2011 for something different. The service and people before and now the new management has been wonderful, unfortunately I felt the rust issues with this SUV is more than I can stand or want to pay for. Having called Nissan about the problem only to have fallen on deaf ears and having ready many articles about the problem it seems that Nissan knew about the problem for many years and having done nothing about it including the very new Armadas , so i have to walk away at this time. I do plan to buy another truck within the next few weeks as we are planning another road trip and really don???t feel safe in this truck making this kind of trip. I had an excellent car salesperson Heather who showed the cars that were available and allowed me to test drive a few that interested me. She was low pressure but called me several times with additional cars that would fit into my price range. I was finally able to find a Nissan Rogue that fit into my budget Heather again was helpful in getting me a good deal working with the Sales Manager at Nissan.
I???ve been shopping around for a 2-3 year old used car for weeks and was becoming discouraged and exhausted. I started wondering if good customer service really existed any more. Browsing on The internet I found a car that really grabbed my attention so I picked up the phone and called Battles Nissan in Bourne. Wish I had started there first, I could have save a lot of time and aggravation. First impression means everything and doing a good job over the phone can be difficult but when Brian, the manager, came on the line he ???had me at hello???. Brian was polite and sincerely interested in my business with out being pushy. Brian and I agreed on a time to come in for a test drive and explained that Michael (Mike) Mele would guide me through the remainder of the process. As promised I was enthusiastically greeted at the door by Mike who made me feel extremely comfortable and valued as a customer. My red, fully loaded, ???2016??? Nissan Rogue was heated up and ready to go for a spin. Mike came for the drive and in detail went over all the assets of the car. The purchasing process went smoothly with out a hitch. I can't say enough about Battles Nissan! I worked with Noah and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. He didn't pressure me into any one vehicle, but rather let me test drive everything that I wanted ad even made a recommendation (the car that I ended up buying) based on my tastes and the features that I had in my current vehicle. When I waited for him to bring a new test drive up for me, the manager, Brian, and another salesman, Corey, kept me company. I felt like I was spending an evening hanging out with friends. It was a wonderful experience. Matt in the fiance department is amazing! He worked with me to make sure that I had the best/most cost effective coverage options on the car and worked the financing in a manner that left me with a payment that wasn't going to break the bank. He was very friendly and humorous. I had a lot of fun working with him.
