Lillie was wonderful to work with and Jose was very nice. We purchased from the Whitman location and is a first car for our son. So far the car is running great and is in good shape! Only suggestion would be to remove the sticker residue from the windshield before we take it off the lot. Maybe clean the windows and give the car a wash. All around great experience.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.
Kyle is an absolute magician. I came into the dealership to browse and compare some pricing. Was not expecting to buy but I was open to the inventory. With my credit, I thought I???d be lucky to leave in a pair of new rollerblades. Kyle was amazing, found an option and vehicle that would work for me. After a short wait, I left with the car that same day!! Unreal, saying I???m pleased would be an understatement. Good inventory, great pricing, better service. Talk to Kyle, or go home.

The receptionist was friendly, we were helped within couple minutes, the sales adviser (Kayshawn) was very attentive, Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Excellent customer service. The price was fair. The financier wasn’t too friendly or had much patience about the process. I recommend the sales advisor, the dealer, not the finance process.
Everything was great- they were able to fit a new car into my budget and I still have my sunroof, heated seats and navigation system.
