This is the best dealership i have dealt with in my lifetime. I was there for service appointments several times. They are very courteous and quick. They answer all questions and get work done on schedule. My dealings with Chris Cicardo in parts division and Eileen Cortese in service were professional and courteous. They are definitely an asset to Pine Belt staff. Would highly recommend this dealership from sales to service.
We recently went to Pine Belt Nissan in Toms River to get my husband a new car. He was unhappy with his 2014 Pathfunder he purchased from another dealership. This was my first time at a dealership and the experience was quite delightful. Chris Cirillo treated me like family and was able to get me a great price on my lease and on my insurance as well. He truly fought for me on the phone after waiting for over an hour to switch my insurance policy (which paid off so much). Chris explained everything in a detailed manner and was super helpful with any other questions that I had. The environment of the dealership was very friendly. I am so glad I do not have to deal with my old, raggedy car anymore! I was not there for hours like I thought I would be either, the service was excellent! This was the perfect place to get a new car as a graduation gift to myself and I will definitely will be back!!

I would recommend working with John Constantine to buy a new car. Most of the other sales men don't have a clue about how to sell a car. I bout a New 2018 dodge charger and after dealing with another sales man who didn't want to make a deal John wanted to make a deal and sold me the car.

I have to say it is one thing to expect good customer service, but to actually receive it from start to finish when doing anything in 2018 is extremely rare to come across anymore. After entering the dealership I headed towards the customer service desk and looked over and met an associate named Fabian, after greeted with a smile and a how can I assist you, I shortly realized that he was not a sales person, but he immediately set myself up with Robert (Rob) to be assisted. I sat down, told Rob exactly what I was looking for and he complelty came through without hesitation. He set my trade-in up immediately with the previously owned manager to be able to give me a fare trade in on my current car. Rob had no issues with me wanting to look at multiple different cars. I was not rushed in anyway and was treated with the upmost respect. When I realized that my husband could not be there in time to sign the final papers on my new discovery that day (as we had family coming in and I needed a bigger vehicle right away) without hesitation Rob immediately offered to have the car delivered to my home that evening by himself personally and would bring all the paperwork with so we would have our new SUV that day. If that doesn't scream above and beyond excellent customer service I dont know what does. A huge thank you to Rob for his outstanding work and every single associate that I came into contact with. Larry gave me the immediate impression everything would work out well, I believe it will, Ed the manager also gave me that impression and it has. Carlos, convinced me the extended warranty would be a good investment. Although the vehicle rides beautifully, it's nice knowing any problems will be covered.
The service team is very helpful and explains clearly what I should do and is not pushy. Oil change was done quickly and the waiting area is very comfortable and has WiFi.
