Hands down ABSOLUTE BEST place to buy a vehicle in Memphis! The people here are very warm and welcoming and treat you like family! We were in the market for a car for my daughter's 16th birthday and we weren't sure what we wanted to get yet. We were able to freely look around and not be harassed like we had been at other dealerships. They have a large inventory with a variety of different vehicles in ONE place. When my daughter found a car she liked the staff made sure we got what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very nice vehicles at fair prices. No mark ups. Jim Kerras dealership wanted to charge almost $3k in additional "dealership fees" on tops of the marketed sale price 😳 So thankful we decided to come to Car Smart. Very accommodating people here who genuinely care about their customers and it shows! Special shout out to Blaine and Russell for a great experience ♥️ Thank you guys so much! Unaware of the condition of the tires post purchase I returned to alderman's to discuss with Michael if there is something we could have missed on the inspection. Instead of giving me any pushback he asked me what I would like. I asked him for two new tires and he made it happen on the spot. A+ customer service. Very appreciative of Michael.

2016 Nissan Titan XD review
It’s got a 3/4 ton chassis in a 1/2 ton market. Plenty of muscle to pull what ever I need towed. I wish Nissan would partner with Cummings again. Overall Valve has really worked for us. One final plus, this big truck is garageable.

2018 Nissan Titan XD review
I have been a Tundra owner for years. Was set to buy another Tundra. Compared a 2018 SR5 with the Titan XD PR, no comparison. Titan had the under-seat storage and driver side grab handle lacking in the Tundra. The Interior is a few notches above as well. Cons - can't touch the full rear window rolling down! Tech is lacking, the screen is very plain with no way to customize anything, only have Apple car would prefer android.

2018 Nissan Titan XD review
Awesome truck! After the test drive I determined to run some numbers and see what the dealership had to offer. Kal Xiong and his sales manager did a great job getting me through the process. I want to say if I didn’t have errands to run I could have taken the truck home the same day and the whole signing process would have only taken roughly 30-40min after approval!

2024 Nissan Titan XD review
Went from 2020 f150 with a Coyote to my Titan and I’m glad I did. More power, better equipped and truly an awesome riding truck. And it doesn’t have that automatic start and stop nonsense. Definitely a great truck.
