When I say this was this best experience I have ever had, and it was Ayesha that made it just that!! We had been at a few places and (of course with my credit not so perfect) they kept giving us the run around after making us wait hours just to try to get more money. Although my attitude was just over it and I apologized to her after she still was straight forward, didn’t match my energy and gave me an opportunity to get in a car. Her professionalism and patience with me should definitely be rewarded and I appreciate her willingness to work with me and get me going. I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

2020 Nissan Versa review
If you have a child in car seat, know that when you use key faub to unlock car the doors automatically lock once you open the door after like 30 seconds. I set keys down next to car seat and closed door. I had to call fire department because I locked son in car. Just a heads up. I thought door beeped and stayed unlocked if you left you keys in car but not in this situation.
