Excellent gas mileage, spacious interior and trunk. Nice looking sporty exterior. Easy to use interior panel for beginning drivers. It is also a smooth ride.
We had a problem and stopped by the dealership. It was nearing time to turn our car in so we looked in the showroom. A beautiful Blue Rogue was sitting there with a gorgeous Saddle interior that I call my Dooney and Burke interior! 👍. They was our fabulous sales person! She is more than a sales person; she is sincerely interested in the person's likes and preferences. We LOVE our new Annie and are thankful for Thely! ??🤗

This car is nice but beware your power steering may turn on and off while driving. This happens at any speed. I really liked my Versa until the power steering started acting up. I took the car back to the dealership. They wanted five grand to repair the car. They said they would have to replace the whole steering column. I ended up giving the car back to the bank.
I used kbb instant cash offer to sell my 2017 zl1 convertible. Robert was super courteous and thorough and when I came to the dealership they were fast and explained the process in detail and didn’t pressure me at all. I then came back a couple days later and they bought the car hassle free and everyone was so kind and they had all the paperwork ready for me I will definitely recommend them from now on

Pretty good small car. Runs good. No major problems and I am approaching 115000 miles. Good gas mileage. Lots of room when seats folded down.

The car was a great value and form a reputable brand with a good warranty. What allowed be to make my purchase with confidence. Really only complaint about the vehicle would be the lack of features such as automatic windows and locks.
I bought this car new thinking it’s a brand new car and I won’t have no problems. Which is true the car is a great running car.. but it is boring. Looks and interior is dull and it sure is not a head turner

This car met all our needs,for a 4 cyl.surprising power ,,plenty of leg room,,and did I mention the gas mileage? We're getting 39 mpg highway,,at these fuel prices,,much appreciated!
I went in on a Thursday night looking for a Nissan Rogue. That night that put me in one to text drive for the weekend until they got the one I wanted to the dealership. They were able to have me into a 2016 Rogue versus the 2015 Rogue I was looking at, and they did that the very next day! Have had nothing but issues with this car.... Granted, I drive the xxxx out of the car as I'm a delivery driver However, already had to replace brakes,battery, reprogram computer once then replace computer, and clutch went out. Now I have 60k miles on this car in mess than a year but still those issues shouldn't be resulting already...NEXT...... NEVER BUT A CAR FROM IPAC NISSAN... Since changing management after I purchased the vehicle this dealership had been nothing but rude and very unhelpful with the issues I have had with this piece of junk I've purchased.

I am tall and it has good leg room. Mpg avg 22 town, 24 hwy. Curious how some report 39mpg. How??? I put 15,000 mi/yr on it. Minor front end alignment issues. Armrests would be nice. Has been a faithful car since purchased 5 years ago. Air bag recall 2018. Would purchase again.
Purchased a 2018 Honda Fit On Memorial Day got a great deal and was happy overall. Sandra sold us our last Honda (civic lease) and my wife could not get in and out of it, so we decided to trade it in. i have always been treated well by sales and the service department.

I applaud James Mathews, Thaddeus Green, and William Valle for the exceptional customer service I received in my recent 2018 Hyundai Tuscon purchase. Early on in our negotiation my husband passed away. Jim and Thaddeus were very patient with me and when we resumed negotiation they met every challenge and I mean "every" challenge, I threw at them without waivering once. My hat is off to both of them as they demonstrated great communication skills and the ability to handle some tough demands. I also want to thank Will in completing the financial transaction, quickly and smoothly. Although this vehicle is almost a good value, it is reliable, gets great fuel mileage, performance not bad, but could be better. However I consider this vehicle very unsafe and would not recommend it for children whether passengers or considering this their first vehicle. Speeds above 50mph car is blown all over the road because it’s to light, especially on windy days or around big rigs, you can’t stay behind them any length of time. Fuel tank is too small. Can only travel about 280-300 miles. Body is flimsily made, dents & scratches very easily. Paid $18,000 for this, can’t even play music through Bluetooth. Would have been better priced at 10,000.
Jenn was amazing. She took really good care of me and made sure that all the paperwork was complete. Jenn was extremely thorough on the next steps needed with finance. She was an amazing person to work with.

This car meets my needs expected with this vehicle. There is plenty of legroom front and back and a spacious trunk. I have the versa s with the manual transmission. It is as base as you can get. I have bought it new for less than 10,000 on a "out with the old in with the new sale " I now have 36000 miles on it. I have had no issues. It gets better gas milage than reported. Straight hwy it gets 41 mpg. I do alot of stop and go city driving. The worse it has gotten is 32 and that is when I leave the car running with full ac in the summer. (I am in and out of my car literally all day while I work and becuase the interior and exterior is black, it heats up very quickly which makes me very hot and sick so I leave it running). I do wish there were a couple of things that it had [cruise control, intermittent variable wipers (I only have 3 speeds) and an actual engine temperature gauge (not just a light). Maybe a few other things, but not enough for me to go looking for a newer car. This car is not fancy, nor fast, but I wasnt expecting it to be. I got basically what I expected. I do take care of my car and keep it clean. Despite it being a cheap car, people compliment all the time.
As a customer, I expect the companies I purchase from to treat my finances and myself as valued. Especially, if it is a large and long-term investment like a car. We can all agree that no matter what business one walks into, they all hold many departments and Wray Ford is a prime example of this. Having that much variety means having a variety of employees and personality meaning mostly good but sometimes bad days. However, my experience for the past two years from purchasing to as little as an oil change Wray Ford has strived to meet my expectations. The largest impact were from the employees personal touch, understanding, and genuine concern for my needs. I must give Karl from the service department a HUGE shout out for going above and beyond. Of course, my salemen (Ron Sheline) always greets me back when I do schedule for a maintenance appointment but Karl has really impressed me everytime I return. Even when I stop by to see if they could squeeze me in Karl asks me how much time I have and returns my car under an hour each time. Truly an amazing service leader and is keeping me along with many others coming back to Wray! Keep it up with the great employees WF because its making all the difference for us, customers.

I have a SV and it is good on gas , the only thing i wish it had was a arm rest console and the back to be a little larger . Overall it is a good car and my car payments are under 400 and it gets me from point A to B , can't really complain
Even though I was just in for an oil change I was simply curious to see the changes in the 2018 CRV's (mine is a 2015 and I love it). The sales person, Steve, took time to show me a new CRV and thoroughly answered my many questions (and I have many detailed questions!). If the opportunity arises that I need or want a new car I will certainly ask for this salesman. He wasn't pushy and didn't act like I was 'wasting' his time which I really appreciate.
Mel and Josh are great in the service department. Even though I am a senior I don't feel 'invisible' when I come in for service (unlike MANY other businesses!) All the guys in the service dept. have been right there when you drive in whether to change wiper blades or to answer a question. The 'overall inspection' this time showed I will need new tires next spring or summer. Thanks to Josh mentioning it, this won't be a 'surprise' next year. Two thumbs up to the whole dealership!
Sadly I didn't buy my current car from this dealership, but I will NOT go back to the original place due to the difference in atmosphere/respect/quality of the personnel at Honda of Ames.
