The good. - Great sports car! - Holds its value (Avrg. 5yr. old GTR w/20k mi. ~$70K) - Amazing engine and trannie "quality". -- Stock can roughly yield 485hp to the ground -- FBO/e85 can get you north of 600hp/600tq -- Stock engine/trannie can only handle 600hp/600tq -- Most tuners will limit the tune, unless internals are upgraded - Ride is as smooth as any other serious sport car (tight suspension) The Bad and the Ugly - Outdated, 12yr old technology all around -- DCT gear change is considered laggy using today's standards -- Noisy DCT, more than normal -- Break rotors tend to crack, just like the sides on the leather seats - $100K+ car with a budget customer service -- Nissan is a budget car company, so don't expect BMW level service -- Nissan experience (all the used car sales tactics in the book) -- Nissan managers will "typically" use the GTR as their toy car and try to sell it to you like new with miles -- Fluid changes are better done by you or someone you trust Recommendation: - Buy a used, low miles GTR with good history (may save $30K) - Or buy a heavily discounted new GTRs - If you modify it, you may risk voiding warranty if its found tune related; mod it once warr. is expired.

Standing at 6'4, my biggest surprise is fitting in the car and being comfortable. It's a sporty car with potential. The only downside is the response. On low speeds it bucks and almost idles between gears. If you floor it, there's a crazy 3 second delay for the engine to realize it should GO. When it does finally GO, it really GOES.

Bought this car new in 04.. still drives and feels brand new. It only has 42k but can't tell the difference on how it drove 20 years ago to how it drives today. Still love it the same as I when I bought it. I definitely recommend it.

I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too. Easy to handle. Nice interior. Seat adjustments very good. Speakers have depth, full sound. Sporty interior. Love the engine roar. No hesitation with acceleration. Awesome!

This 350z is very reliable and fun to drive Also very affordable. Maintenence is cheap on these nissans. I wouldn't use it as a daily driver,unless your very young,but still very comfortable for your casual cruising.

Quick response to my inquiry. However, I specified that I wanted a car with an automatic shift and no convertibles, but they continued to send me information on cars with a manual shift and convertibles.

Hands down, this is one great performance car! Nissan did a great job making a relatively practical super car for the street. People say the CBA (MY09-MY11) is not desirable to the DBA (MY12-MY16), but I say, performance wise, you will not notice on the street. The DBA had many upgrades, but they still perform similarly. There is a reason this car has so many fan-boys. It's my dream car, and although not perfect, I look forward to the next time I get to drive it. This thing owns just like Godzilla himself.
