CarMax WestboroughReviews
CarMax Westborough review
I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2021 Nissan Leaf review
the best car i’ve ever owned! the average repair bill went from $2000 to $40 - that’s right forty average. i have adapted to home charging and DC Fast, but i say that’s a pleasant change from Big Brother’s plan for the rest of you…

Metro West Auto SalesReviews
Metro West Auto Sales review
I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model S 100D at Metro West Auto Sales. It took a bit longer than anticipated due to some issues that needed to be addressed, but nevertheless they were addressed properly. The transaction overall was quite smooth and fair and I was contacted every couple of days with a status update. They offer vehicles with great pricing and they do not up-charge later with ridiculous priced doc. fee or any hidden fees. Eugene, Igor and Jana were always courteous and professional. No pressure tactics. They also assisted me with the incentives (state rebate and federal tax credit). I will definitely recommend them and consider them for my next vehicle purchase.

I spent a lot of time searching for a specific color, make, and model. From start to finish Chris Trombley and everyone else I dealt with at automax to push this deal through were great. There were never any surprises. Communication was excellent and the transaction was as easy as it could be for buying a car out of state.

2019 Nissan Leaf review
Spectacular car, highly practical and great value for the money. Spacious and comfortable ride. The range is sufficient for my commute and errands I have to run. If needed it can go fast. Just be careful bc going 80mph or more will drain the battery quick. As long as you don't need to speed all the time it's a great car.

CarMax Mechanicsburg review
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Gavi was amazing to work with!! Very nice person and he made the experience buying the vehicle seamless. Highly recommend Gavi and I40 Auto. My friend also bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey the same day. Great deal on both cars!!

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Convertible Bug from Gianna at Modern. Due to some family health emergencies my visits to the dealership were short and broken up. Gianna was patient and even drove to our home after business hours so that papers could be signed to make this dream a reality! Thanks to Gianna I finally have my dream car! I would definitely work with her again.

NATTY IS CURRNTLY RESEARCHING A 2020 TOYOTA SIENNA WITH LOW MILEAGE THAT I AM VERY INTERSTED IN BUYING AND HAVING IT DELIVERY TO ME IN WELLSBURG, WV ZP 26070 -AND AS A SERIOUSLY DISABLED RETIRED MARINE CORPS COMBAT INFANTRY OFFICER OF 23 YEARS OF ACTIVE DUTY WITH OVER 25 MONTHS EXPOSURE TO AGENT ORANGE IN VIETNAM AND OVER 4 YEARS EXPOSURE TO THE CONTAMINATED WATER AT MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, NC! AND, NATTY KNOWS THAT, WITH MY DEATH PERHAPS IMMINENT, I MUST NOT TAKE A CHANCE BUYING AN UNRELIABLE USED CAR OR ONE WITH ANY NEGATIVE ASPECTS, BECAUSE I WANT TO BE SURE THAT MY WIFE OF 47 YEARS CANNOT BE LEFT BEHIND WHEN I DIE WITH AN UNAFFORDABLE PROBLEMATIC USED CAR! LET'S SEE WHETHER NATTY CAN CARINGLY AND PATRIOTICLY BLESS ME, A RETIRED MINISTER AND HEALTHCARE CHAPLAIN, BY ALLOWINGLY ME TO DIE IN PEACE RATHER THAN TROUBLED OVER MY WIFE MARGARET WHEN I GO AND CAN NO LONGER FINACIALLY TAKE CARE OF HER. RON RICE, 82 YEAR OLD LTCOL U.S.MARINE CORPS RETIRED AND SERVANT OF GOD, WHO HAS ENABLED HUDREDS OF HURTING EOPLE TO DIE IN PEACE - AS I WANT FOR ME MORE THAN ANYTHING....
2024 Nissan Leaf review
One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

Milford Nissan Rocks!!!! We have previously purchased 2 vehicles at Milford Nissan in the past few years. We just purchased our 3rd and 4th there in one day. My wife leased a brand new 2026 Nissan Frontier and I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Express. The care we have received and the expertise of George in sales and Jim in finance are the main reason we return to Milford Nissan. And the vehicles we purchase surpassed our expectations. Milford Nissan is a breathe of fresh air when it comes to car dealerships, they really do care! Thank you George and Jim!!
