My new Nissan Sentra SR

Had the best experience I could ever imagine when I went to search for and buy my first ever brand new car. Ted Powell had contacted me by phone one morning after I had been searching for cars online and was unsure about what to do for sure, but his call was like a sign for me to definitely buy one afterall and to make sure I used him as my sales person because he automatically made it seem like the right choice to do since he had reached out to help me and was so professional, helpful, and nice. When I finally went down to see the car that Friday, he was so nice, pleasant, very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. We test drove the car and that was very nice and helpful as well. By the end of the day he had already sold me on the fact that I was definitely buying it and I felt like it all came together perfectly, like it was meant to be. The next day, Saturday, was the day I went to pick up my car. I was anxious as soon as I woke up about it and excited because it was my first brand new car ever. I drove up to the dealership, and the first thing I seen was my beautiful car sitting there beside the entrance with a big huge bow on the front of it!! Seeing my car sitting there like that with so much thought and effort put into it with the sweet bow on it made me so happy and I felt like crying because it made it even more special. I instantly had a huge smile on my face and felt so happy! The next thing I saw was Ted standing outside waiting on me near the car, as if he purposely was waiting on me for when I pulled up, even though I was a little late getting there. What a guy! Very special guy and salesman, Ted is. Nissan is lucky to have someone so kind, helpful, considerate and outgoing, that made my whole experience one of the best experiences I've ever had, and there is no way it could have been any better. He called me that Monday, and by that Saturday I was driving away with the most beautiful car ever, and having the best memory of it all that I will never forget. He even had 2 pink balloons tied to the car as well as I was finally leaving after all the business stuff was over. Just amazing and thoughtful! Never had better customer care anywhere in my entire life with anything. Very great facilities as well, and rest area, and also a great place for car maintenance. Susan was wonderful as well. Overall, I could never imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else the rest of my life to buy future cars, or for car products and service. You couldn't find a better place, or person to buy from than Ted.
