After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
2021 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
We love our Nissan NV 3500. It can pull anything and we transport several of our mastiffs around the country. Haven't had any issues. Roomy front seat, roomy area, as we have taken out the seats. We purchased it to travel with our big dogs, Handles beautifully and is better on gas mileage than we were told it would be. Love how the back doors open to the stay flat against the sides. Wish list....AWD, A/C is in front and back but wish we had separate controls for front and back for the dogs.

2015 Nissan Quest review
Nissan makes very dependable cars and I have owned 8 different models over the past 20 years . My first Quest had 290k miles and never had anything but brake rotors turned and normal maintenance service performed. I chose the Quest over Dodge minivans because of the power and reliability. These are great vehicles and I also currently have a Pathfinder and a NV 3500 Hightop.

We had a 30 day warranty and this was just two weeks after purchase. Mike covered and fixed the transmission which was very costly!! I know no other dealership would have done this!! Meets all of our needs. Seats our family of six comfortably for long road trips with tons of room for luggage. Pulls our Salem Cruise Lite Trailer better than our Ford Expedition. No sag in the back and very little sway. We love our NV.
