Auto Showcase of Carol Stream review
I have been searching for a Saturn sky for about a year. I was fortunate that I found this dealership on the internet and was able to find exactly what I had been looking for. I was really apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen and from a stranger with the fraud schemes that happen all the time but I talked myself into it. The customer service was fantastic, the car is immaculate and everything they said it would be!! Thanks guys for restoring my faith in humanity. You are truly one of the good ones and I will recommend you to everyone.
2015 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
This van is the best I've owned. We have 5 kids and a dog. The extra room is worth its weight in gold. No more fighting from being cramped in our old mini van. I love the V8 power. This van has it all.

Thank you to Vlad for our beautiful jeep wagoneer! He spent time sending us videos and talked to us numerous times over the phone considering we couldn’t look at it in person. It is everything he said it was. Thank you!

Meets all of our needs. Seats our family of six comfortably for long road trips with tons of room for luggage. Pulls our Salem Cruise Lite Trailer better than our Ford Expedition. No sag in the back and very little sway. We love our NV.

Excellent customer service. Jeremy and Mike went above and beyond to help me find the right truck, that I have been looking for quite some time. I was able to trade in my old truck and the purchasing process was very smooth and easy! This we be my 7th vehicle purchase from them for my family and business. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!

2018 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.

2015 Nissan Quest review
Nissan makes very dependable cars and I have owned 8 different models over the past 20 years . My first Quest had 290k miles and never had anything but brake rotors turned and normal maintenance service performed. I chose the Quest over Dodge minivans because of the power and reliability. These are great vehicles and I also currently have a Pathfinder and a NV 3500 Hightop.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience with Isaac! Isaac was great to work with from start to finish. He never pressured us or tried to push us into anything. He was very straightforward, honest, and upfront throughout the whole process. We felt like he genuinely wanted to help us find the right vehicle rather than just make a sale. I really appreciate the way he treated us and made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a salesman who is honest, straightforward, and doesn’t pressure you, I definitely recommend asking for Isaac at Aren Auto Group. Great guy and great experience!

I read the reviews, considered all the good and the bad and still took a chance. Found a local person familiar with the type of car for a PPI. They di fix the AC on their dime. The car did have a minor accident on the drivers passenger door, not reported on the Experian report. This was not a deal breaker for me. I chose to fly out of state to make sure I got the title in my hand. Everyone was pleasant to work with from the moment I contacted them. I took one star off only because I arrived around 10:30am and wasn't able to leave till 4pm. I drove the car 500+ miles home without any problems.

I love that this vehicle looks like an SUV and not a service vehicle. It?s very comfy for my large family. It?s very easy to drive and back up. I was nervous about how large the vehicle was at first but it didn?t take long to feel at ease. It?s the oerfdct vehicle for my family and all ore adventures!

2015 Nissan Quest review
This vehicle is one of the ugliest things I have ever seen. However, it does meet all of my needs and it is a very smooth ride. It is kind of a pain to get into the 3rd row when you need to. The 2nd row captain seats don't move forward a whole lot for someone who is taller than 5'4-5'5 to get in the back. It can be done is just a struggle. I gave it a 3 on reliability because we have only had it for 2.5 weeks so I'm not sure yet. On our recent road trip we only got 20mpg on the highway. We were hoping for the 27 it shows in the specifications. We just didn't get that. Overall a good vehicle just has a few things that we personally don't like.
