I recently purchased the 2025 Pathfinder Rock Creek from Victory Nissan of Nashville, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only did I get an amazing deal, but the customer service was truly top-notch. Mr. Matt, the manager, was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely a great person. What stood out the most was his trust and hospitality—he even let me take the vehicle to a restaurant with my family before any paperwork was done. That showed me how much they care about building trust with their customers. I also traded in my Nissan Altima, and to my surprise, Matt gave me an excellent value—better than I ever expected. Mrs. Shelby was also wonderful; she took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle’s features and condition. If you’re looking for the best deal and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Victory Nissan of Nashville. I’m thrilled with my new Pathfinder and even more impressed by the people who helped make it happen!
2018 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.

2017 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
Meets all of our needs. Seats our family of six comfortably for long road trips with tons of room for luggage. Pulls our Salem Cruise Lite Trailer better than our Ford Expedition. No sag in the back and very little sway. We love our NV.

2017 Nissan NV Passenger NV3500 HD review
I love that this vehicle looks like an SUV and not a service vehicle. It?s very comfy for my large family. It?s very easy to drive and back up. I was nervous about how large the vehicle was at first but it didn?t take long to feel at ease. It?s the oerfdct vehicle for my family and all ore adventures!

2011 Nissan Quest review
Excellent Quality and Reliable Minivan. We bought our Quest new in 2011, and 12 years later still running like new. Only issues have been front hub bearings and Toyo tires installed for delivery. The SL version we have is very comfortable with a very quiet ride, everything is holding up inside and outside. I know that one weak point is transmission, so what I have done is to replace transmission fluid every 20k miles. Interior is still looking like new, paint is also beautiful and all the outside moulding are stil in place.
