I'd been trying to find a particular F150 for a couple of months. It was simply not available locally and I was forced to look out of state. I had subsequently located a couple which sold before I could complete a deal and was getting frustrated. Then I came across a truck that matched my requirements listed on the Ford website, listed as "Dealer Ordered". I contacted Two Rivers and worked with Tom Philips to negotiate a deal with minimal hassle and locked in the purchase. The price received was very competitive with other dealers and the overall process was completed efficiently. I would definitely work with Tom and Two Rivers again.

Bought it used from Carmax had 31,000 miles 4 months later won’t start now has 35,000 miles got towed to dealer and of course it’s not the fuel pump because that is covered under warranty it’s the electric module that makes fuel pump work . So now I have to pay 3 00.00 some dollars. But yet I see all kind of people posting about this part really Ford . First Ford Never again back to Chevrolet
Steven Hess did a great job on helping with my 2017 F-150 lariat (spare key fob and lazer key made) as well as a recall. Also with our 2017 Ford Explorer getting warranty work done on a mirror. The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
I have bought numerous trucks and cars from Two Rivers and have always had a great buying and service experience. Gary Taylor is my go to salesman and he is always a pleasure to deal with. Service Manager Chris Taylor is one of the best and always makes sure that any problems I have are taken care of in a professional manner. Will not buy a vehicle from any other dealership in the area.

This convertible gets looks everywhere we go. Lots of fun to drive too, Roush exhaust sounds mean too. She eats gas however and on trips there are many fuel stops.
Nick was absolutely the best to work with. I enjoyed my transaction very much and he did everything he promised. Process was easy, no games. The dealership is beautiful and the follow up has been wonderful. I will refer everyone to them.

A post “Encore” appointment where an extremely knowledgeable and professional individual patiently taught us about and how to use all the features of our new car. Best car I’ve ever driven, makes me feel like I’m in another tax bracket if you know what I mean. Coming from a Chrysler 300 which had a wonderful ride it has made me forget about the Chrysler.
Jaguar Nashville has the most amazing service. I am thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied with everything that Jaguar Nashville does for me, especially Charles Caldwell. Great car- I have the S model and honestly it’s not that fast off the line- but going from 30-50 or on curves it’s exhilarating. Build quality is incredible- had an Audi before which was also great but the Macan is a different category entirely.
On Nov 2014 (Black Friday) I purchased a new Porsche from Porsche of Nashville and was very pleased with level of service they've provided from the start to delivery point. I worked with same salesman that I knew from few month prior to making this purchase. Everyone from beautiful receptionist, sales, parts, service and fiance manager were very friendly, courteous. They certainly have left a mark of excellence on this purchase experience of mine. Thank you.

I bought a 2015 black 3.8 Genesis with all available options packages less than a week ago. So far it's great. I do wish the rear seats could be folded down, but the biggest complaint I have is that there's no way to install a cargo net in the trunk that will corral bags of groceries, so I'm now having to transport groceries on the back seat floor to keep them from falling over. That complaint aside, I like its acceleration, stability, comfort, features (maybe someday I'll get them all figured out -- there are many), sound system (17 speaker Lexicon), and pretty much everything else about it. And for the money I paid, I don't think I could have gotten a better deal on any other car.
We have purchased through a few dealerships. Our experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs was excellent. Sim Thomas is an exceptional person to work with. He is not a high pressure sales representative, but listened to what we needed, and worked on putting a deal together. He followed up to make sure everything was going ok. We would highly recommend Sim, and if we need to purchase a car in the future, Sim would be the first person we would go see.

Good beach but noise in transfer case only 57000 miles I take care of this car better then my wife no reason this should happen not happy at all I have two e350 one 2010 and one 2013 not happy with Benz at all thinking of going to Lexus 57000 miles car looks new but this is a manufactures problem and they know it I’ve built cars from scratch this should not happen at all wake up people and do the right thing keep your name it’s a benz
Having to replace my wonderful car after it was totaled was a sad experience for me but the great guys at Hyundai of Cool Springs made me feel better and introduced me to my new fully loaded Elantra. "Loni". Sim Thomas was patient and full of helpful information about my new car and I definitely recommend a Hyundai AND nobody better to get it from than the Cool Springs team!!

This is the best car I’ve owned inside and out! Sunroof, pearl which doesn’t look pearl though. But you won’t want another car after this.
I purchased my sonata from Sim Thomas who was very helpful and professional while dealing with me. Everyone there was very friendly. I did not realze till i got home though that my car did not have heated seats which i really wanted other than that i love the car.

Sim Thomas is not the typical high pressure sales representative. Instead he was focused on what I wanted & needed. Sim is excellent in teaching how to use the new technical features. He also follows up to make sure everything is going okay. I highly recommend Sim. I???m also expecting a great service experience.

This car had tons of leg room. Definitely can fit 5people comfortably. Blu tooth capability is a great feature. Very smooth ride with easy gear shift
I have now bought two vehicles from Hyundai of Cool Springs, the first a Veloster and this time, a Kona.. This is not your typical car dealership! Every person I have come in contact with, from the salesperson who sold me the cars to the manager who approved the deals to the finance manager and the service department - everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Very out of the ordinary for a car dealership. Oscar Benavides was my salesperson with both purchases and is truly a perfect salesman and represents the dealership admirably. Even when I traded in the Veloster for my most recent purchase, they offered exactly what Kelly Blue Book stated was reasonable even from the start of the negotiation. That is true integrity - no low balling for the initial offer. I felt 100% comfortable from the start which I have never felt before with other dealerships.

Very comfortable car great looking car the best car I ever owned I had a Hyundai Genesis 2012 before and I thought to stick with Hyundai since I never had any problem with it.
I am totally blown away with this dealership, Cory Simpson was outstanding, friendly, no pressure and caring through the process, he even did the finance part. The Manager/Owner Frank came out several times to make sure everything was going well. I have been to many dealerships in Franklin TN- I bought my 2008 Volvo in Franklin TN and never once did I see an Owner come out to talk to a customer. That says a lot about a company in my opinion. This is the best dealership in Franklin TN, no where else is a better place to shop.
