I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

My salesman was Chuck, who did an outstanding job as we test drove multiple vehicles before I found the one. We have a 2022 Limited with 24000 miles. It serves its purpose well with the ability to cary bark dust and as a daily driver. The creature comforts are very nice with the cooled seats and the heated steering wheel. is inexcusable that the top model has a manual passenger seat. The headlights are the worst I have ever driven with.

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

Visited for oil change & tire rotation. Overall Customer service was great. Disapointed that technician did not torque lug nuts to spec. He used the impact gun to tighten lug nuts, no torque wrench. Service rep indicated they never use torque wrench, only impact gun. This could create a dangerous situation when lug nuts are not torqued to spec. as per GM owners manual. Suggest management procure torque wrenches and train technicians in proper use of same when changing tires.

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

I purchased my car used. It was a trade-in to a Toyota dealer in San Antonio, Texas. It started off as a rental in Florida and I am the 3rd individual to own it. It has been an overall good car. But, the AC control knob that controls the fan speed has gotten stuck om low. I can still control the temp, but on cold mornings, it takes forever to defrost the windows, and om hot days, forever to cool the car. Also, there are times the screen that shows the back-up camera doesn't work. There are big-time blind spots with this car, so the camera is necessary. When the screen goes out, so does the radio. I am unable to turn it on, no volume, or changing stations. It's as if there is no radio at all. I thought at first I may need a new control knob, but now I am thinking there may be a wiring problem... such as a disconnect exfed or burned wire. I don't think it's a fuse. If so, it wouldn't work at all. Any suggestions?

Very reliable. Great mpg and overall performance. Interior is comfortable with plenty of storage room. Love this car. I would not hesitate to buy another Journey.

Just bought a new car today at Car Max, and actually traded in my car that I previously bought from Car Max 2 years ago. I worked with Nick, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I had talked to him yesterday while getting my car appraised and when we tried to set an appointment for me to come back to look at a car, we realized we worked almost the exact same hours. Nick so kindly offered to stay late so I could come at a time convenient to me. He did everything he could to make my experience as great as it could be, and he truly did an awesome job! He even ended up staying 3 hours after his shift was supposed to end, but he was so cheerful, you never would have known! Anyone looking for a car, definitely see Nick @ Car Max! Outstanding vehicle ... gas mileage between 28-32 mpg. Oil changes a bit on the pricey side typically would not take to the dealer there are other options that are less expensive, other than that as long as its under warranty (and that is the case with any high-end vehicle) you are golden.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.
