Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

Bought a new truck and the check engine light came on after about 5 miles. They got me in right a way and fixed the problem. Salesman stayed with me, which was nice.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Looooove my new Voyager!! It has heated seats and steering wheel!! So much room and great trunk space!! The only thing is I wish it has Power doors and trunk and I also wish the side windows in the far back opened. Even just vented. But overall i loooooove it ! Smooth quiet ride!!

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Caravan is still the best ‘minivan ‘.... No SUV comes close to the comfort and convenience of the original minivan. The price is reasonable . ... why pay over $10K more for overrated competitors which are not as convenient?

If you need to sell a vehicle take it to them - they give a very fair price and you walk out with a check! Ask for Jay!

A little more than we needed, but it has everything we need and then some. It should be comfortable when taking long trips. Like the SiriusXM radio.

We are so happy we decided to stop by here before purchasing a vehicle from another dealership. We weren't sure we were even interested in purchasing a brand new vehicle at the time. Shane Simbre immediately made time for us upon arrival. He showed us a variety of vehicles and talked to us about affordable options. On our way out we saw a car the we really liked. We hadn't even realized it was for sale as it was sitting right up front. Without skipping a beat Shane grabbed the keys and showed us the features. He hopped in and encouraged us to go on a test drive. By the time we got back my husband and I both knew without a doubt this was the car we had been searching for, for the past 2 months. Shane worked around our busy schedules and had the paperwork all drawn up for us to be able to just come in and sign. Jordan Embry took very, very good care of us from there. He was so easy to talk to and work with. He walked us through all the add on warranty options (which we were convinced we would take no part in) based on living here in Alaska. He sold us on the crystal window treatment and replacement option. Well, wouldn't you know it. A rock from a dump truck cracked our window within the first day after we drove off the lot! What would have had my husband and I stressed out ended up making us laugh because we are covered! Over all A++++ for this experience and for these staff members. When we upgrade our second vehicle we will most definitely be stopping by to see what they have in stock first! Raises for everyone!

Toyota Sienna is a nice vehicle to own and drive. Seats 8 people and we need every seat. Weekend trips summer driving vacations are a pleasure. Plenty of power smooth quiet ride and most of all dependable
