This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

When I arrived I was greeted by Russell McPaul who answered all of my questions, brought up a vehicle to take for a test drive and worked with me throughout the purchasing process. I also spoke with Dan Castillo who I worked with to make the deal. There was no pressure to have to take the car that day like some dealerships force you to do so when I came to pick up the car I met with Jayme Cabott in Finance to get all of the paperwork signed and he explained each form and what it meant before asking me to sign them. Russell then brought my new car up front and showed me how to get all of the functions set up and made sure that I was all set. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years with this being my first Hyundai and this by far was the best experience I have had. Great job by all!

Specifically, Eyoungmbi in response to family medical needs brought out a 2022 CRV so that we could determine differences between the 2022 and 2025 Honda CRV. Additionally, Eyoungmbi explained to us the differences between the Honda CRV LX, EX and EX-L models. Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

We have the 2025 XSE AWD without leather seats. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, has lots of power, and has many safety features. With the 3 traction (not plug in) hybrid motors we have averaged over 33 mpg (reviews claim 35/36) with combined driving using regular unleaded gas. Only downside is there is no spare tire, but instead an inflation kit.

My family (not me yet, because I'm 15 1/2) has had two Honda Odysseys over the past 9 years. As far as I can remember, the first one caused us very little issue beyond some A/C issues. It was totaled after some doofus hit us while attempting to cut across three lanes of very busy traffic. We bought a second one with just over 100K miles and it was great for a good while. The first repair I can recall was the brake rotors becoming warped and vibrating quite a bit under braking. For a while it was fine, and then small things began to go wrong. Sliding door stuttering (still works for the most part), hydraulics for the trunk going out (sub $100 fix), interior lights dying because of age, and navigation system becoming quite glitchy (DVD is from 2010 anyway). The only larger things are oil and power steering leaks (which are annoying, but manageable), A/C going out,and suspension gettting less firm. The main things still work, though. If you have a little bit of money to cover minor repairs as they come about, and take care of it and treat it like a minivan (not a sports car, because that's not what it is), I would recommend this minivan to the average Joe. As a matter of fact, I'm looking for one as my first car.
