2018 Kia Sedona review
I just purchased this KIA, lightly used, only 24500 miles. I had a 2008 KIA before this one, it served well for the 13 years that I owned it. Before that I owned a '94 Dodge Caravan and a '98 Town and Country. Chrysler makes prettier vehicles, but KIAs hold up. My last KIA had plenty of life left, but I got t-boned so hard the car flipped over! Praise the Lord, I walked away from that wreck! The car didn't make it, so I got another one. I was tempted by the Dodge GC, but ultimately, I trust KIA more. This KIA is spiffier than my old one, but I miss the simple, open design of the old one. The "safety tech" is more annoying than helpful, but it rides well, feels solid and well made. Overall: satisfied.

2020 Mercedes-Benz Metris review
Purchased new a month ago, very active weather since. Driven to NYC in snowstorm and over the mountains to Pittsburgh in ice storm. Handling and stability were awesome considering such a high profile vehicle. A lot of active safety and stability features. Interior appointments and infotech could be more up to date, but the basics (Bluetooth and USB) are there- acceptable as its mission as a cargo van. Plenty of payload and towing capacity for its size- quite maneuverable and serviceable with rear wheel drive. Low end torque for confident acceleration. Cloth seats with manual adjustments are comfortable, a lot of hard plastics-as expected in a work van. Got a good price, great trade in offer, and a low APR with MB Financial. MB is making a push to promote their truck lines in the USA with their new Charleston plant, they will give Ford a run for their money.

2017 Toyota Sienna review
I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

2023 Chrysler Pacifica review

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

Let me tell you a little bit about my experience… I knew I wanted to purchase a 2026 hybrid Civic hatchback in black. I was initially dealing with another dealership. Even though that salesman knew I wanted a hybrid, they quoted me for a gasoline model. I knew the price was less than I anticipated, so I went back to double check that they were quoting me on the correct car by asking for the VIN number. Once I had the VIN number and could verify that it was gasoline instead of hybrid, I went back and requested the actual car of my choice. At that point, we had to renegotiate the price and I realized they did not have the hybrid car on their lot. A week went by and I kept asking them if they could source the car. I found several of them online within a few hundred miles and asked if they would be able to bring it in for me so that I could continue doing business at that dealership. I felt like they strung me along for several days without an answer. I eventually reached out directly to this specific dealership and within 24 hours we had a deal and my car was on hold for me to pick up. I put down my deposit over the phone but the rest of this deal happened by emails and text messages. It was simple and straightforward. I did not feel like I got the runaround like I felt at the other dealership. I set a date to pick up my car, I showed up and signed paperwork and it was done. Thank you to everyone at Honda of Columbus! Great work!
2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I got a very fair price for my trade-in, but what really stood out was their true dedication to the customer?specifically from my salesman, Michael Summerford. I finalized the purchase on an early, dark, and rainy morning, so neither Mike nor I noticed some damage on the passenger side door. I didn't actually spot it until I got home. I called Mike right away, and even though it isn't standard company policy, he immediately went above and beyond. He offered to either terminate the contract completely or repair the damage at no cost to me. I opted for the repair and brought the van back the very next day. They set me up with a complimentary loaner, and in just one week, the door was fixed to absolute perfection. Every single person I interacted with?from Mike to the used car manager to the body shop manager?was incredibly nice and professional. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and the speed at which everything was handled. Bought 2025 Camry, we found it online and verified all the information over the phone. We set up an appointment for later in the day to complete the transaction. Our salesperson Inero was friendly and helpful and the final numbers were just as the manager, Thomas, had presented over the phone. At the end the financing manager did do his little sales pitch for all the extras (gap, extended, etc) which we all turned down, but he was friendly and understanding with our 3 little ones running around. Time we arrived til time we left was a little under 2 hours.
2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
