Hi my name is Mrs.Jackson and I live in Fayetteville North Carolina but I drove to BELL AND BELL in South Carolina to by my new Buick mainly because of the conversation that I had over the phone with my sales man Shawn. I left one short message and in 2min. Flate he called me right back. I had got to the dealership late but they didn't care because I was to buy a car from Durham that was over priced, but I then called Shawn at BELL and BELL and he made me feel like a person and not just a dollar sign. When I got there he was so very nice as well as the rest of the staff. Time was not on my side and they did not care how long it took. I got my new Buick Enclave for my 60th birthday gift and they even bought it to my house..Wow what a surprise that was. It made me cry..I love my new Buick and now I have a new car to drive my Grandkids in . Thank you BELL And BELL you really made this Grandmother very happy. Thanks Mr.Shawn for caring. Mrs.P.Jackson

Buying a car after a total loss is not fun. But I would recommend this place to anyone. It is a small dealership. People were friendly and the purchase process was as painless as it could be! Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Sparks Toyota is a brand I can consistently trust for service. professionalism and knowledgeable staff and service attendants. I will continue to be a loyal Sparks Toyota customer because the product and the people are definitely a cut above the rest. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I am 69 years old and have bought many cars, but I have never had a great experience like I did at this dealership. They bend over backwards to help you regardless of your situation. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I can not tell you how happy I am that I was fortunate enough to work with CAROL BOWEN. of EAST COAST. HONDA. I met her through the Honda site right after my 34 day old Honda was totaled by another driver. It has been such a very long process getting the car loan paid off because the car was so new the title and tag was still up in a cloud floating for close to a month. Carol and I kept in communication and she would check in on me every week or so guiding me on the process of getting my extended warranty cancelled and then finally filing for the gap. She went above and beyond to help me since the car I purchased was from MD . I went in to actually meet with her last night to answer some questions about the gap , and so unexpectantly drove away in a brand new car. When I tell you the flood gates opened. I’m very serious. She has been so kind and empathetic realizing how difficult my situation had been. She did what she could to make this happen for me. Not only was I paying a car payment on a vehicle that was in a junk yard , I had to pay out of pocket for a rental because of a very stupid unheard of nc state. Law where the accident occurred. She said let’s see if we can get you out of that rental car ; and that’s exactly what she did. Carol you are the best saleswoman ever. Thanku from the bottom of my heart.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

We love our minivan. Just make sure you get a mechanic to check it out before you but it and negotiate the price. 2 more words
