2018 Toyota Sienna review
Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. 2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

He has been in the business for many years, and in fact, we had met him about 10 yrs ago at another dealership (did not buy then, but he was likewise good to deal with at that time.) He has owned and operated dealerships over his career. He is not a high pressure guy like we have run into at other dealerships. If you go to this Kia dealership in Mechanicsburg, ask for Ray Schuememann. We purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento...just what we were looking for and what we needed. Ray is a nice man with a wealth of knowledge.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

This is a 5 Star dealer- if they have what you're looking for - your search ends here. I drove 3.5 hours away from NY, and it was well worth my time. My salesman Chris Eppley was a very down to earth, awesome person. He wasn't your typical pushy salesman, he was honest and straightforward. He even kept in touch with me for about 2 weeks until the title came in and they even held the car for me until I took the trip(trust me they could have sold it to someone else, but they honored the deal we agreed upon and waited). In this car market right now(i've purchased many vehicles) this is very rare and simply shows they're about fair and transparent prices even when others take advantage. The business/finance manager Nicholas Kimball is also a really awesome person. Zero pressure, straight forward and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase. These guys are real pros at what they do and are an asset to this company. I will certainly be back with family/friends and will recommend them to take the trip as well to avoid the hustling area I'm from. Thanks again Faulkner team, it was a pleasure.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

2017 Dodge Grand Caravan review
Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

2023 Toyota Sienna review
Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I also spoke with Dan Castillo who I worked with to make the deal. There was no pressure to have to take the car that day like some dealerships force you to do so when I came to pick up the car I met with Jayme Cabott in Finance to get all of the paperwork signed and he explained each form and what it meant before asking me to sign them. Russell then brought my new car up front and showed me how to get all of the functions set up and made sure that I was all set. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years with this being my first Hyundai and this by far was the best experience I have had. Great job by all!
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I Found the exact 2025 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in white with black interior that I wanted online at this Jack Giambalvo Hyundai dealership. They are a good 4 1/2 hour drive away from where we live. There were none of these specific Palisades available in our area so we called first thing on a Saturday April 26, 2025 morning & got extremely lucky!! A very pleasant & knowledgeable salesman, COLTON ALLISON, answered their phone. We had to be absolutely positive that what I wanted & saw online was the EXACT car they had for sale on their lot. Thankfully, Colton immediately got back to us & texted me the vin & pictures for verification that it was indeed the EXACT CAR I WANTED. Within 20 minutes Colton had emailed me applications needed to be filled out & to run a credit check as we got on the road to make the long 4 1/2 hour drive to York, PA. I explained we did not want to make a wasted trip so we needed him & his boss & their dealership people to “please” be sure all of our paperwork was ready before we arrived. We wanted to sign everything, give them a check, use their Hyundai Finance Company and within 1 hour turn back around & DRIVE MY BRAND NEW PALISADE the 4 1/2 hours back Home. Colton was extremely efficient & stuck with it. He kept up with putting all of my information into his computer to make the purchase happen. He even did a 3-Way call with myself & my insurance agent as we were about 1/2 way there, to be sure our agent got the correct VIN # & car info to be added immediately to our current car insurance policy. We needed that done to be able to drive the car back home. We arrived promptly at 2:33pm & signed ALL of the papers necessary to buy the car. Anyone buying a new car knows that’s quite a stack of paperwork but Colton & their team had everything ready. We finished within an hour 15 minutes & by 3:45pm on that same Saturday DROVE MY Brand NEW 2025 white PALISADE CALLIGRAPHY HOME. This dealership’s crew with very little notice even washed & swept the car & filled up my gas tank knowing we had a LONG DRIVE HOME. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciated everything they did to make buying a brand new car from the start of my Saturday morning to the 3:45pm finish of driving it away as easy & as pleasant as possible. Many Thanks to our Salesman Colton Allison & to his boss for being so reasonable over the phone with the price & to the dealership for getting all the finance & paperwork handled, to the detail guys & whoever filled up my gas tank. 2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.
