Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Brandon was very courteous and knowledgeable about his inventory. He took time to show us several models, knowing that we were just educating ourselves and not quite ready to purchase yet. We would definitely refer him to anyone we know of who is looking for a new or used car.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

We had a vehicle shipped from another location and it was such an easy, no hassle way of purchasing the car we'd been looking for! Rodney Jones was relaxed, no pressure, and funny! The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

The 2021 Toyota Sienna is an excellent family vehicle with impressive fuel economy. It offers a smooth, quiet ride, spacious interior, and advanced safety features, making it perfect for daily driving and long trips.

I was in the market for a newer smaller car and had searched everywhere. Seemed like no one could help me get in to my dream car. I finally decided I would try carmax and no regret whatsoever. They helped me find the exact car I wanted and the approval was fast and easy. Would reccomend to anyone shopping for a car.

The Honda Odyssey has held up well over the first 3 years I've owned it. It's quiet and comfortable with a good sound system. It can take corners almost as well as my high end sports cars. And, in V6 mode (not economy) it accelerates well. The only complaint is its accident avoidance system that slams on the brakes unnecessarily. If a car is a little too close behind, you may be rear ended. I liked the car so much, I bought a 2025 Honda Odyssey, too.

Raphael Tucker was amazing to work with while I was buying my car. From the first time he called to talk to me about the idea of buying a car he was professional, caring, and kind. Then when I was test driving cars and asking a million question he was patient and reassuring. By the end of the experience I had fun working with him and LOVED how Carmax takes care of people. I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

I have bought many cars from dealers and individuals and I can say that CarMax doesn’t disappoint. We test drove the car and purchased it and drove it off the lot in less than an hour!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

There’s a lot I could say about this car buying experience but I don’t want to take away from my real point of leaving this review. Jordan Campbell is likely the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He truly makes himself available 24/7 and sincerely cares about you as a customer/person. He has never once made me feel like an inconvenience. He answers any and all of my questions, and if he doesn’t know the answer, he figures it out quick and always keeps me in the loop. He’s made himself available to me on his days off and even when he’s been out of town. Regardless what happened during this car buying experience, I want Hunter Subaru to know how lucky they are to have him working at their establishment. I can’t say enough good things about him. Even with all of the things that have happened during my experience, I’m still recommending this place because Jordan deserves that. Go see him!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.
