I was referred by my parents and it was the best experience. I was looking for a vehicle to accommodate my family, at a decent price. And National did that!
2022 Polestar 2 review
I purchased a used 2022 Polestar 2 about 10 months ago. I have a PHEV Honda Clarity and I wanted to go all EV. The Polestar 2 has been a great car to own; it is very low maintenance, comfortable for tall drivers and passengers under 6 ft in height; the over the air updates are good, and we should be getting a NACS adapter in August 2024. I recommend the Polestar 2.

My boyfriend had been looking for long time to find another beautiful, unique Mercedes with specific features, and we finally found it about 4 hrs driving from NYC. What a great experience we had purchasing a convertible Mercedes with Chip, professional, kind, knowledgeable Salesperson! It was a beautiful day of September, 2024, perfect time to drive a convertible car! Since then, we've been enjoying more the beauty of weekends , the symphony of autumn colors, traveling in many places under no sky limits... With the indoor showroom, every car is clean, all of them look impacable! Everything is no pressure, they paid attention to our questions. The finance lady is awesome, especially in our case as a cash buyer. She made my partner feel very comfortable about purchase process . We would definitely drive another 3.5 -4 hours to make another purchase with Chip, MD, when I'll decide to change my car. Chip and his Team do outstanding job! I highly recommend him to get your DREAM car, you won't regret making your decision. Thank you, Chip! You rock!

Wally and his team was great. The best customer experience I’ve had when buying a car 10/10
2024 Polestar 2 review
We first leased a 2024 Polestar 2 and really enjoyed it. Then we were in a significant crash where the vehicle at fault was much larger. We walked away unscathed and the Polestar did an incredible job keeping us safe. It's built on a Volvo frame, and the car felt absolutely solid during the crash. The other car had significantly more damage and fortunately the drivers were ok. We ended up purchasing a used Polestar after the crash and are really happy with it. Smooth ride, feels very tight and handles well. Yes, the interior shows dirt a bit but love that Polestar is incorporating recycled materials in the interiors. It's really a joy to drive and is a steal, given that it's cheaper than a Volvo, while sharing many Volvo components and frame. No mechanical issues for either the first or second Polestar.

Easterns Automotive Group of Laurel review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. He turned what is often a stressful process into a truly enjoyable one. Thank you, Mr. Joseph, for your stellar support!

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

Very nice and stable car to drive Interface nice and easy to use. Much more quality feel than my Tesla model S 2016. Only bad thing was depreciation so luckily I did not buy it brand new it had 4K miles on it so only dropped a lot.

I got the pleasure of working with Kamara. Had an awesome experience. Kamara, made this experience easy and fast. Thank you for your time!
2021 Polestar 2 review
The car is awesome and fun to drive! The only downfall is that the car would be even better if the mileage would be at 300 per charge. I would buy this car again if I was to buy another vehicle. This is my first EV and as a result I am impressed as i have driven a Rivian and Tesla before. Those are fun EVs as well but the Polestar 2 hugged me with supreme fit. I am 6'2", 215 lbs and I had no issues with getting in and out of the Polestar front seats. The backseats, not so fitting. :-) All in all i would recommend this Polestar 2 EV!

Fishers ImportsReviews
Fishers Imports review
I have bought multiple vehicles from Fishers Imports, and have traded in several as well. Each experience was professional and pleasant, and the prices were extremely competitive each time. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy, and I will continue making them my go-to car dealer. I use Fishers as my go-to service center for my vehicles and have always received high quality work and very reasonable prices.
2021 Polestar 2 review
I just picked up my first Polestar! The car, a small dent on the hood, 1 previous "accident", 114k miles, brand new tires, and a car that feels like it just rolled out of the factory: $15,500 all-in. The fit and finish inside and out is very well done. Quality plastics, what looks like real wood on the front of the dashboard, well done interior lighting, and beautiful touches, such as the polestar logo reflecting on the glass roof above the front seats. Coming from a 2017 Chevrolet Bolt LT, I am already well acquainted with the experience of daily driving an EV. I love the Bolt, don't get me wrong, but after many years of driving it, the low quality plastics and low trim level features kept me feeling like there was still lots of room for improvement. This is especially true when I would take it on road trips, 50kW maximum fast charging made each charging stop very long (sometimes about 70 minutes). The Polestar 2 (2021 launch edition), in comparison has a 150kW maximum charging speed, amazing materials, no rattles or annoyances, a well done infotainment system with no stand-out bugs (so far), android auto / apple carplay. While an unfortunate number of things need to be done through the center screen, there is still enough physical for me. Defrosters, shifter, hazard lights, play/pause button, and a volume dial. The steering wheel also includes plenty of features and physical buttons. You'll definitely need to learn how to use its features, but after spending a weekend in the car, I feel comfortable getting around the software. Another one of the big changes for me was the feeling of the suspension and the steering. Easily a huge step up over a Chevy Bolt, and most other cars I've driven, the car feels insanely well planted, isn't bouncy, nor too unreasonably overdramatic when going over rough road. The accelerator pedal leaves a little bit to be desired, I actually like the acceleration curve better on the Bolt. The Polestar has a weird deadzone for the first 10-15% of pressure where you receive very little additional acceleration, but then it will very quickly get up to speed after that without much additional pressure. It does not feel very 'linear'. This is most noticeable when accelerating out of a dead stop, not nearly as big of an issue when already moving. The one pedal experience while already moving is very acceptable and intuitive. I drive gas fleet vehicles at work, so I often switch between my EVs and gas vehicles, and the difference is not that jarring. Perhaps I am used to it by now, but I don't see it as a giant learning curve. Fast charging the Polestar will net you +70% SOC in about 20-25 minutes (10-80), which is very acceptable for road tripping. If all you do is road trip, I would probably recommend an Ioniq 5 with its 350 kW DCFC and better efficiency, but the Polestar is clearly a much higher quality and more fun/interesting car. The only gripes I have with the Polestar 2 is (1) the lack of A/C cooled seats, and (2), the rather small interior. First of all, not having cooled seats is definitely a first-world problem of first-world problems, and the standard A/C works very well, so I figure I'll survive. Secondly, the center console is very wide and is just poorly utilized space. The front seat experience is acceptable, but the backseat is definitely not a fun place to be seated. My 6'2 friend's head was against the roof in the back seat, and he did not fit with the seat position in front of him set to his preference. If you have short friends or kids, this shouldn't be an issue. The back seats do collapse to make the large trunk even larger, with an interesting ski passthrough in the center back seat. As far as issues go, I figure that this car's are in the right places. It is an exceptional car, but it is not perfect. If you are on the fence, definitely go with a lease, you may be inclined to buy it off at the end!
