Six months ago, I purchased a 2016 Forester. The vehicle has performed flawlessly, with good acceleration and gas mileage for an SUV, excellent response, and has no mechanical problems. For the 2016 model, Subaru FINALLY updated its unacceptably outdated infotainment center. As for the purchasing process, salesperson Ben Bowden in particular, made the experience easy and enjoyable. I based my decision to buy a Forester in large part due to the recommendations of Consumer Reports, being the best in its class. Ben was an excellent salesperson -- very knowledgeable, yet not pushy (I refuse to purchase anything if the salesperson is using high pressure tactics). He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. If you decide to purchase a Subaru, ask for Ben!
