From my to first phone conversation to my new car delivery the professionals at this dealership were simply the best. Businesslike and professional, not the least bit stuffy or pretentious. The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

I'm a loyal customer of Porsche West Palm Beach Brahman based on one thing Service. Krystal is phenomenal from A to Z she never misses out on details. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

If you can afford this beast, you will fall in love in no time at all! It's fast, handles like a true sports car, and turns heads like you wouldn't believe (regardless if whether you're into that sort of thing or not). Positives: it's a (rare) manual, it's low and sleek, it's luxurious, it has two trunks (one of them a frunk), and you won't see many GT4's out on the road. Negatives: it's really low to the ground making it hard to get in and out of, it's quite expensive (mine was $135K used), the trunks are small (ie. it doesn't carry much), the gas mileage is mediocre, and maintenance costs are on the higher side. For a car enthusiast, however, this car will get your juices going just thinking about taking it out for a drive!

Rome was quick to respond and very professional. He provided more information than I originally was requesting. Have not given up on the car just need to take if things with family and home. Hope will be able to work with Rome soon

We found an amazing R8 online at FPC and were a little hesitant to buy from a smaller operation. We read all of the reviews like this one online and decided to give it a shot, and I'm really glad we did! Jeff could not have been better to work with. The quality of vehicle that we found was amazing and we could tell Jeff clearly does his homework reviewing forums and all online information available. If you're looking at some of his vehicles online (the 2012 911 Turbo was fantastic) - I'd suggest giving him a call or stopping in, you won't be disappointed!

This is a head turner...a 2-seater above all in its class. If you are looking for a sport car you cannot go wrong with the GTS trim.
