BMW of Houston MidtownReviews
BMW of Houston Midtown review
Lourdes ?Lulu? in the service department is the reason I?m a BMW buyer. Her level of care and professionalism is what sold me on the brand and on Advantage BMW Midtown. Every time I bring in my M4, she?s warm, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is handled right. She explains what?s going on with the car clearly, keeps me updated throughout, and follows through on everything she promises. Great service is what keeps people loyal, and Lulu is the definition of it. She makes every visit easy and stress-free, and I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else. If you?re coming in for service, ask for Lulu. Advantage BMW Midtown is lucky to have her!

This car is designed beautifully, is comfortable and sporty. Fast as anything else on the road today. The tech, apps, and associated software is down right awful. Germany needs to fix that part and update its current owners.

I purchased my car out of state over the phone. Michael was the salesman and went above and beyond to make sure the purchase and shipping of the car went smoothly. Ruth did all the paperwork and was very detailed and explained everything thoroughly. Great experience except for the black widow spider that hitched a ride under my from Texas to Minnesota (LOL)

Taycan drivers love the performance, handling and acceleration according to Predicta's EV dataset. Their comments strongly place the Taycan high on the Love index. Of course, what would you expect from a Porsche? It's all about the performance, baby!

Porsche River Oaks review
Buying my first ever Porsche from this dealership was absolutely top tier from my initial visit to driving away in my dream car! The inside of the dealership is very well laid out, super nice, and welcoming. They have lounge areas equipped with snack and beverages on each floor and there is a great retail store too. My salesperson, Danny, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, most importantly not at all pushy. It was a pleasure to work with him and he made the buying experience wonderful. Ryan in finance was also great to deal with, no pressure, no xx, and made for a the transaction easy and enjoyable. I’ll look forward to visiting the dealership and take advantage of the fantastic “Complimentary hand-wash for the life of the vehicle”. What a fantastic incentive to consider Porsche River Oaks when shopping for your dream Porsche.

Michael was a fantastic salesman and helped me with the purchase of a certified pre-owned Macan. From the first time we spoke on the phone through to finalizing the purchase - Michael was helpful, kind, and thorough. I was very impressed with the teamwork and customer service at this dealership. Khalil, another salesman, stepped in to assist us when our main salesman had to work with another customer and was also very kind and informative and willing to help. The finance folks were also great. All around a great buying experience and I look forward to returning for service, etc. in the future.

Great facility and staff. Tyler is fantastic! Always responsive and helpful. Amazing dealership at all levels. Enjoy visiting as well as the coffee bar area.
2023 Porsche Taycan review
Fantastic driver. Very quiet inside and out. Back seat small for adults, and the car is a little low to the ground so some may find it hard to get out of. I would have liked a bit more interior storage space, but it does have two trunks! Came with several upgrades that I really appreciate. Performance has to be tried to be believed.

Friendly, straight forward. Clean cars, easy to deal with. Did have to replace the battery after less than a week. Other than that, totally satisfied.
